I specifically want to recognize Andrea Aikens for her tremendous help in this effort! When I had called in about my situation with my home and auto insurance rates rising to well over $9k, Andrea quickly captured all my coverage details and went to work to find me the best rates and coverage. She worked with me throughout the day to find and help me capitalize on the best rate. I saved almost $5k with my new coverage and rate for my home and auto coverage combined. HUGE KUDOS to Andrea for her tremendous efforts!!! Going forward, she will be on my speed dial for future insurance needs 😀

I was initially engaged with an associate named Candace in March of 2025 but I was unable to continue my pursuit of a review of my insurance. My experience with Candace left such a positive impression that I sought her out again in July 2025 when time permitted me to continue my insurance review. I was able to contact BenefitHub from an email I had saved and then learned that Candace was no longer with BenefitHub and was given the name of another associate, Brien, who would reach out to me. Brien was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, organized and anticipated my questions and respected my time.

Getting a SSL certificate error when trying to use my voucher. No response so far and it's been 2 days now that I've been unable to use my voucher. Surely it doesn't take this long to notice and replace an expired cert.
