Bellspire Ltd Anmeldelser

Friendly, quick survey. Thorough, tested the things we were asking about and assessed what else to test. Very useful results and report to stop all the speculation by builders.

Booking, cost and process of the refurbishment survey for our property was absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much and I highly recommend the company. We dealt with Kelvin.

I am totally satisfied with the service we received from Bellspire. We got an appointment at short notice, the surveyor was prompt and delivered his report in the agreed timeframe. The report itself was quite detailed and comprehensive with the required recommendations. I would without hesitation recommend Bellspire to anyone looking for an asbestos survey.

From my first phone call to the survey being carried out was very efficient, Danny talked me through what would be done and I was happy with the price. The report itself was turned around quickly and he also talked me through the results. Overall very happy with the service provided and will recommend to others.

Good communication throughout. Quote was provided promptly and was competitive. Report delivered timely and they have been very helpful in helping me understand its results and how to best manage its findings. I would reccomend.

Great service and extremely professional. Report for management survey came in very quickly, within a day or two, and was easy to read. Thank you.

Dan was professional, efficient & informative in carrying out our asbestos survey.
We also had an interesting conversation too about the benefits of heat pumps & solar panels.

I’ve been in contact with Danny, who has been very responsive and professional in addressing all my inquiries. Their team adheres to the timeline they provide, and the report is thorough and comprehensive. I highly recommend them for anyone needing an asbestos survey for their property.

I appreciated prompt communication. Inspection was arranged quickly via the estate agent, carried out on the agreed date, and the report returned within two working days. All at a very reasonable price, especially as compared to other quotes received.

I rate the service received very highly as not only were Bellspire able to attend the property in question on the same day that I approached them but they kept me informed throughout the process both on what to expect and how the process would work regarding surveys. When I had queries in relation to what was found I found them very helpful in sourcing assistance in rectifying an issue. Customer service both at point of contact and in the follow up was excellent and they were happy to maintain contact to ensure queries were resolved.

Excellent service. Replied to emails quickly, which made it very quick and easy to book my asbestos survey. Danny was really knowledgeable and happy to talk me through the process. The report I received afterwards was really thorough and easy to read. So overall I would highly recommend- thank you!
