Bellevue Rare Coins Anmeldelser

Great customer service. Appreciated the time and patience.

Zack was very helpful he got me my coins in a reasonable amount of time even went to another shop to get the order for me quicker and I appreciate his professionalism I can't remember the ladies name behind the counter but she was also very helpful I will do further business with this establishment because of this and the price was reasonable also for the coins that I picked up

Angel was so patient and helpful. I can only imagine she answers the same questions multiple times a day. I have learned something each time I have gone in. I still have so much to learn about buying precious metals and it is nice to build a relationship with the same people. Steve has helped me in the past and he was super patient and taught me a lot.

The lady that helped us, was very polite, friendly, very knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions, didn't rush us. It was our first time there and we will recommend this place highly.

The young man we worked with was polite, informative, and took the time we need to make our purchase.

I sent a check so that I'd not have to come in. Then I had to come in and bring a check because there was a mess-up endorsing the first check. Then I didn't hear anything for a long time. Nobody contacted me proactive during this process. Not once.

Terrible service. No transparency. Felt very shady and haphazard.

Seemed like I was an imposition. Answering questions was so irritating to them. Was not able to see scale they used for weight measurement, I was just supposed to trust them. Very impersonal and rude. Completely felt taken advantage of. Decided not to sell big ticket items because of secretive rude behavior

I found the staff at Bellevue Rare Coins to be both helpful and knowledgeable. They patiently answered all my questions and when it was time to place my order they were very nice and thorough. They provided excellent updates on my order status via email, which was appreciated. When my order was ready for pick up, I received a personal call. I would absolutely use them again in the future to purchase more coins.

courteous and quick , if you make appt first otherwise you wait if you are a walk in.

Our experience with Joe at Bellevue Rare Coins in Bellevue was seamless. We shared the history behind our coins and jewelry, and Joe listened. He shared his background, and the analysis of everything we brought in. We left real happy. That afternoon, I paid for the first round of some very expensive cocktails! Thank you Joe and BRC.

I have found Bellevue Rare Coins to be very reputable and a fair company. The staff is very knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend them to anyone seeking to purchase coins.

Joe totally took care of me In the adjustment of the wristband for the watch I purchased at BRC. Nobody beats you guys!

Quick, efficient customer service. Polite, comfortable & & professional. Would recommend to anyone.

Recently sold some American silver eagles to Bellevue rare coin, called them first to discuss price drove all the way up there guy offered me spot. Would never do business with them there's too many reputable metal dealers around the Seattle area that are reputable.

I enjoyed talking to Madi regarding the precious metals. She provided lots of valuable information which made things clearer for me to go through a purchase. I would recommend Bellevue Rare Coins highly.

Went in to the Lynwood location and spent a couple hours with Taylor from BRC and ended up selling him a ton of stuff. Taylor was very knowledgeable and patient with us going over prices of a wide variety of items. Felt very comfortable with the whole experience. Will be back with another haul of goods to sell someday.

They were very welcoming. The woman I worked with explained the process step by step. I will continue to go to Belvue Coins for all my needs. There jewelry stunning.

I love Bellevue Rare Coins! The staff is knowledgeable and caring and the store is spacious and beautiful. It is nice to look at all the gorgeous items on display and I come back whenever I can to shop for friends and family. It is a lovely atmosphere to be in. Thank you guys for being wonderful people and for being great at what you do. See you all soon!
