Your phone order system SUCKS big time
Your phone order system SUCKS big time. I am in a wheel chair and the phone order is a necessity for me. I attempted several times and was instructed to leave a message and someone would return the call. To date (2 weeks later) still no call. I missed the opportunity to catch the gold and siler at it's recent lows. In store has always been professional.

Kyle was super helpful and made for a great first-time experience. I rated 4 stars because, though I didn't feel rushed, the Issaquah store was packed. May want to have more sales support on weekends if Sat (26) was any indication.

Connor or his evil twin whatever at the Issaquah store has ALWAYS been very unpleasant to deal with.
Their customer service is borderline hostile.
I'd buy exclusively online rather than allocating to Bellevue as well except dealing with Celia makes up for the drawback of the brothers.

Terrible customer service I would stay…
Terrible customer service I would stay clear of this business. Communication from them is non-existent. Purchased coins over a month ago was supposed to receive notification never did called a couple weeks later still not in said they would sent notification but nothing.

Store was busy at 10:30am Mon About a dozen people in store. I had an appointment, was greeted by Connor and advised to put my silver coinage on a counter top while he finished up with his previous customer. After a short wait, my coins were processed expediently. I’ve had a lot of retail experience and easily recognize a well run business. Your Issaquah location fits in that category. Will be back when silver hits $25 oz.

Disinterested in comics
While the site and the store had advertisements of in the business of buying comics I instead got a lesson on the risk of buying comics and how much business hours it would take to look through them and even without looking pulled low numbers out of thin air. I set up an appointment in hopes a heads up would help but no, barrelly look at what I had.

Came in with a dozen coins to verify whether or not, they were real, and they had me in and out of the store in 15 minutes with confirmation that everything was legitimate. It was great because I was in a hurry, and they have a very knowledgeable staff that was able to confirm rather quickly.

I have purchased at the Bellevue store before and they always handled my purchase quickly once they were able to take care of me. Often there are several customers in the store which I suspect were walk-ins which slowed the process.
