I placed two orders on November 30th hoping to have the items arrive by Christmas. Here's the issue, after tracking the item for over 40 days it finally said delivered. Only problem was nothing was delivered.

Complete scam. Ordered a blazer and it was a piece of junk. Like a T shirt cut to be a blazer. Never order anything from the rip off Chinese company.

I’ve never received the item and their customer service either ignores my emails or gaslights me stating ‘Our records show your item has been delivered to your address’.

They are now called Belevá London as the previous similar name(s) website(s) aren’t available any longer.

Never use this company. Bought a coat, the coat turned up nothing like the coat I ordered and all the thread is loose and now don’t respond to my emails asking for a refund - scam company

Via tiktok besteld, er staat 24/7 communicatie dit is niet het geval, je kan ze heel slecht bereiken. het product is niet zoals op de beschrijving en je kan niet retourneren. BESTEL HIER NIET. ze lichten je enorm op.

Had deze website ‘bellevive’ via tiktok gevonden website lijkt oprecht 2 broeken besteld totaal niet wat het was op de foto’s heb ook meer dan een maand gewacht op de spullen en op de website doodleuk aangeven dat er 6-10 dagen voor levering meerder e-mails gestuurd maar 0 reacties

Nul sterren!

Een verkeerd en beschadigd artikel ontvangen. Ik dacht, ik stuur het meteen terug maar dan begon de miserie.

Na een tiental mails heb ik de helft teruggekregen en mocht het beschadigde artikel waar ik niets mee kan aanvangen houden.

Ik koop hier nooit meer!!

Besteld via tiktok. Onmogelijk om bij ze te retourneren. Item past niet, dus wil het terug sturen. Maar na tientallen mailtjes maar akkoord gegaan met 40% refund om er vanaf te zijn

Besteld via een advertentie op tiktok. Niet eens een ster waard. Hele slechte communicatie. Uiteindelijk bleek het product van ali express te komen. En retourneren is niet echt mogelijk. Nooit hier intrappen!!!!’

Besteld via tiktok polygelnagels krijg je bericht dat het onderweg is maar track en trace werk nog niet na een week, en er is geen contact te krijgen met hun.
Al 3 mails gestuurd.
Vertrouw deze site niet bah🥲

Heel slechte communicatie lang moeten wachten op bestelling en dan blijkt het echt brol te zijn met blutsen in voor 49,95€ verwachten ik wat anders ik raad aan om nooit iets te kopen hier

Oorbellen besteld, kattenpootje voor 29.99 maar wat een teleurstelling, zeer slechte kwaliteit.
Na 3 mails, om te laten weten dat ik ze wil retourneren en mij geld terug wil, geen enkele reactie, erg slecht.

I ordered one product from this company, which was advertised to 49.95, when i checked my bank account they had taken $312 out of my account, i tried to contact them and cancel it, to no avail, and have no further contact from them. This site is defininatly a scam site.

Ho ordinato un kit di sbiancanento denti Soleilglo e sul sito riportava un prezzo di 30 euro, poi mi sono visto addebitate 130 euro sul conto.
Non era riportato chiaramente il prezzo.
Sono in attesa del rimborso.

Bellavei must be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased one unit of Nuviante Eyelash enhancer and supplied my credit card details. I was immediately billed for FOUR items. I immediately cancelled my order but it was too late as the money had already left my account. Despite several attempts to contact them and get a refund they just send emails thanking me for buying from them and saying that I will be receiving my consignment shortly. Nothing arrived and months later I am out of pocket and now they say that "the bank cannot refund me". I never bought the products from their bank! I bought from them and as such Bellavei should refund me. I have subsequently seen numerous posts from very dissatisfied customers and wish to warn people about them. If you purchase one item from them it automatically becomes FOUR! I wish I knew how to get a refund. Their so called customer support email informs me that my consignment left their " Unknown premises" and arrived in South Africa 3 days later....absolutely impossible. I asked for the name of the courier so that I could try to track my parcel but they said they don't use a courier ...They use a "USPS"....no idea what that is.....the parcel never gets sent!

If I could give this Company ZERO Stars that would be too kind to them after the most awful online shopping and customer experience of my life! The product I purchased was for a SoleilGLO product (one of Bellavei subsidiary/affiliated companies) which was advertised as ZAR 349 for the product. However, they charged 5x that amount to my credit card, in excess of ZAR 2000. The worst part is the dishonest, non-transparent way in which they cheat customers:

The ONLY amount ever shown on screen during the transaction was displayed as ZAR 349 so it was clear, to my mind, that the transaction would be ONLY R349 as advertised. At no point was there a chance to back out of the transaction, nor was there any indication of the ACTUAL Total amount that will be charged, e.g. "Total for this Order" or "Cart Total" before agreeing to the card charge being made. Also, there wasn't an option to go back or edit the contents of the order/cart - as one would expect from an e-commerce site.

They MISLEAD the consumer with false advertising and NOT clearly stating what are the total items or total amount that you are going to pay for: In my case, I clicked on an "ADD PRODUCT" (To Cart), gave my information and then the site went straight to "Thank you for your Purchase" - no security checks, no indication of 'Cart Total' or 'Total Amount for This Order' and no chance to edit Cart Contents or Decline the purchase if you don't want the product anymore.

Then they have the arrogance to deduct 5x the original amount from my bank account, never showing *what exactly* am I actually purchasing or *how much* I will be charged in Total. If I had had an opportunity to see the ORDER TOTAL or review the Cart Contents/Edit the Cart/Cancel Order, I would NEVER have gone through with this transaction!

I only realized that they deducted five times (5x) the advertised amount when I got an SMS notification from my Bank. I called the company's customer care line within minutes to cancel the order immediately and requested a Refund.

The Terms and Conditions on the Soleil Glo (Bellavei) web-page where I placed the Order clearly states as follows: "You can receive a refund of any Product that you ordered up to thirty (30) days after the completion of your order. Customers will receive a refund for the product ordered".

However, the rude and arrogant customer care representatives refused to process a refund request, just reading from a clearly scripted response stating that "...the order has been processed, and no refund can be given".

I phoned the USA call center four times - at a great expense, as I am calling from outside the US as no local number was provided - every time the same circle arguments were used that they "...can not process a refund on their system" - even though their own T&Cs clearly states that customers will receive a "... Refund of any Product that you ordered up to thirty (30) days after the completion of your order".

So, how is it possible that the company refuses to issue or even process a Refund request made within 10 minutes of the Order being placed? Never at any point during the process did the company state clearly the total amount of charge that will be deducted, nor did they give me as a consumer the option to back out of the transaction or edit the contents of the online "cart" which is standard practice in e-commerce sites e.g. Amazon and the likes.

It's impossible to pin down the exact company that you are dealing with, as there are at least 3 different Company Names being used in this transaction: On BANK STATEMENT it's "GLAMORGLO.COM" on website Transaction it's "SOLEILGLO" and T&Cs and "Thank You for your Purchase" message it's BELLAVEI - all clearly linked companies, but with different sites, and only Call Centre numbers.

It is a fraudulent, false, predatory website, and I wish for financial authorities and law enforcement to investigate, fine, shut down this company + ban website from cheating more innocent people.

This company is to be avoided at all cost. They are dishonest and can only be described as fraudulent thieves who take your money, make dozens of promises, and don't deliver the goods!
I ordered a lash product on line after reading the "stunning reviews" of their probably well-paid models on the website. This I did on 24 August. 7-21 days delivery promise and 3 months later, and still no product! I corresponded with the support centre who gave me a run-around about the product having been shipped to the nearest post-office, which was an absolute lie! I visited the post office time and again, who found nothing, and when I requested a tracking number from BellaVei, they could not provide one.
I since requested a refund, which I was promised had been processed and would be in my account 7-14 days later. Well- a month later and still nothing but an audacious "please be patient. it will be refunded in 7-14 days" message. Obviously an automated response, well rehearsed for the fraudulent transactions. They must be getting rich just taking the clients' money and delivering nothing but indifference!

Pésimo servicio, una burla total, 7 meses y no llegan los productos, tampoco la devolución ofrecida, se dan las vueltas en los correos electrónicos sin solución.

COMPRE UN KIT, ME ENVIARON 2 DE LOS PRODUCTOS, LA CREMA Y EL CERUM, CON FECHA DE VENCIMIENTO DE MAS DE UN AÑO VENCIDA. RECLAME Y RECLAME, 10 MESES MAS TARDE RECIBO UN NUEVO KIT, CON EL MISMO INCONVENIENTE, LA CREMA Y EL CERUM TIENEN UN AÑO Y DOS AÑOS VENCIDOS!!!

I am from Malaysia. I have a very bad experience and very disappointed about the service of Bella Vei. I have purchased this product on 12/12/2018, until today 14/02/2019 I still haven’t received my order. I kept asking the status via email but received 3 times email stated that asked me to wait the reply from customer service within 72 hours. Please advise that how to get back my refund, thank you.
