First this is not some boutique LA operation according to “about us” it’s a Chinese company which is fine as I order from lots of great companies in China. Ordered 3 items. They combined my orders and I had two issues.
1. Jeans were defective with no button hole. This was a defect. I sent image as proof.
2. Was missing an entire item which was a suede sport coat.

The website says 8 days transit at most…it took a month. Used holidays as excuse even though order placed Nov. 10. When I explained my situation here were the results.

Jeans were offered 15% credit or return for cost of $50 back overseas which is more than what I paid? I have to pay for their mistake for pants I can’t wear? No thanks!

On jacket they asked for me to provide label and weight which I was not able to do because my wife unpacked and threw the packaging away…which is an honest mistake. I don’t understand how they cannot identify their own package info based on inventory if they shorted and check the weights themselves as it’s not a tall order to check shipping docs. So now they say I can’t get my money back. Wow!?

Horrible experience never again. Beware. The other item also received looked nothing like the pic on their site shirt had two pockets not one and fit was not great but I’m willing to suck that up.

Currently disputing card charges on shortage and defect lets hope consumer wins.

Order was far to late then promised 10% discount which was never applied and then just ignored when emailed

Poor customer service. Poor handling of query. Will not be using them again. I placed and order 30th November only received an update on 5th advising I need to send further information. This information has been sent and I have still not received any response it’s been a total of 8 days since I placed an order and still nothing received and no communication. I have now messaged them to cancel the order and refund otherwise I will report Belier for fraud. I even paid for next day delivery. Total joke of a company

Do not buy. Scammer central. Based in China. Return labels are not free and you will have to pay shipping items back to China. The site is manipulative by looking good but is a complete scam.

Julie from the customer service support was great and attentive when I asked for an update on my order, there was a slight delay due to updates on their end, but Julie managed to sort the order for me and I received just in time for the weekend. Product is great.

I'm getting SCAM vibes. I placed an order and after 2.5 weeks I get an email saying the item I ordered is not available. They offered me an alternative. I said no thanks, just send back my money. Next day I get an email that says that I have to send back the item to get a refund. What??!!??

So helpful with a return I had to make due to needing the smaller size, great communications and so helpful xxx

Absolutely no need to be charging nearly £6 to return something. Ordered some 1 pair of swim shorts that didn't fit unfortunately. Not a pleasant shopping experience.

I purchased a t- shirt which I had an issue with, upon contacting belier they swiftly sorted my issue

Purchases 4 items, wished to return one.. the calculated return cost in their site was 50 pounds!! I emailed them to question this, this is the unsatisfactory conversation.
“Does Belier stand by the 296% increase freight cost to return?
Of course I can send myself, but I’d like to know belier co policy on this astronomical cost ? “
“ You are welcome to arrange the return through your own courier, which may be a more cost-effective option. Please be aware that there have been issues with our website accurately calculating shipping costs to certain countries, resulting in discrepancies where we've had to cover additional duties.”

I will add there were no duties, of course which they would be aware of .
Their replies have stopped abruptly.
Do not purchase from this company. They do not take accountability for their very vague return policy.

Really disappointing!!. I bought some trousers for £45, decided to return them as they didnt suit me, and ended up being charged nearly £11 for the privilege. £5.95 was taken for return postage (expected), but then they also deducted an extra £5 from my refund with no justification.

The item was returned in perfect condition and will almost certainly be resold at full price, so why am I being penalised twice? This is just a deliberate and unfair policy designed to take money from customers even when they comply fully with the returns process. Their returns information page on the website has no mention of such a charge!

If Belier genuinely believe returned items are “devalued,” they should not then put them back on sale at full price. The lack of transparency and fairness in how they handle refunds is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Belier.

Sent 2 items back for refund Royal Mail tracked, items have reached Beliers end but no confirmation of receiving goods back. Chased on instagram, firstly told it’s going to a customer care team, still heard nothing back. Chased yesterday and today. Messages have been ready but never replied too. Will never use this lot again. Terrible! Avoid!

I bought 2 sizes in 2 different products I did a return through their website I got a barcode for DPD after paying for yeh return and the barcode is not accepted anywhere and DPD can’t help me. I have contacted belief twice now through there website and I have heard nothing. Do not order anything from this web site

Bought the premium white tshirt previously, was happy with it, so deicded to order again some time later
However when received, it was of a totally different design/fit/ material
Yet the pictures advertised were still same as before so thought I was ordering the same item
When I returned and mentioned this to customer services, they said
" We periodically refresh our collections to introduce new designs, anticipating our customers' interest in updated selections.

Upon receipt of your return, I will promptly review the details and assess the postage situation."

So returned goods and after 2 weeks, they only partially refunded the order, expecting me to pay for both postage and return postage even though they had sent the completely wrong/different goods as to what was advertised
Worst customer service and horrendous to think they think its ok to send out goods thats not even what was advertised or what the customer paid for and think customers will be ok with that

First time dipping my toe into the Belier brand for and upcoming holiday to Greece. Ordered a shirt and 2 t-shirt's to test quality and fit. Wow really impressed with this brand, so much so I immediately ordered a cap and two more t-shirt's on express delivery. They arrived the next day AM so impressed. I have had a follow up email from Julie who was so helpful and professional. So impressed with this brand thank you Grant

I needed information ref a problem with a suitcase bought my son . I contacted Beliér customer service asking for an urgent response . I was contacted very quickly by Julie who could not have been more helpful. I was immediately emailed a free returns label and my son was refunded quickly .
Every company can have occasional problems with their products but I found the response from Julie friendly , helpful, fast and felt a valued customer.

Following my first delivery, I had a couple of queries, they were handled quickly and resolved immediately.

Shocking customer service!! I ordered nearly £400 worth of clothing for holiday I ordered before the 3pm deadline for next day delivery and at the time of writing this 26/08 they still haven’t delivered my order I’ve still not had any tracking information I’ve sent two emails message their social media pages and nothing from them dreadful company stay away from them

I sent my clothing back over a week ago. £200 worth of clothes that didn’t fit. I can see the items have been received as I tracked the order. Can you let me know when I should get my refund please
