I’d noticed my hair was starting to thin about 6 years ago. I managed to keep it at bay for a coupe of years using gummies and hair oil but I finally acepted something needed to be done when my ponytail was so skinny and I couldn’t hide the hair loss anymore even when doing a side parting. I’d contacted another clinic but they were so pushy, with add ons and options that I didn’t want that I was left feeling uncomfortable. My mum actually found Belgravia and after an online consult (I live overseas) I had my prescription in my hand. 2 months later my hairline follicles were waking up and my crown was filling in. 4 years later I’m still a satisfied Belgravia client. My ponytail is thicker, my crown thinning gone and I can wear my hair in a bun again!

They explained what they believed was causing my hair loss, talked me through the treatment options, and we booked a follow-up for three months later. What I appreciated most is that I was never pressured into buying anything extra. They told me which treatment would be most effective, mentioned the extra treatments available, and left the decision to me. No upselling at all.

I have been using this clinic for over 12yrs and it has been instrumental in stopping my hair loss. I used to attend the clinic when I first started treatment, but the regime of minoxidil and finistride works well for me and now I do everything online ,and the products are sent by post. The staff are professional, friendly and well informed and I have an annual review to see how I am doing.
