I bought two Belaco Convector Heater last November and it was working wonderfully well until one of them started tripping. I reached to the product service team and they arranged for a replacement for me without hassle in 2 days. I am glad I chose Belaco as my product of choice with my fan and heater. No regrets!

The TIMER DIAL is so smooth I can barely turn it. It should have grooves around the dial for easy gripping.

Could you please share a short video showing the timer dial while you are trying to turn it? This will help us assess whether there is a fault with the dial or if it is functioning within normal range.

Very very disappointed brought belaco…
Very very disappointed brought belaco microwave through amazon at £59.99 as new.im disabled & a pensioner.the internal light doesn't work,the microwave was to heat up my frozen meals.but we hit a snag due to being bin day on the 27/02/26 all the packaging went out we didn't find the fault till 17.30 that day.now I've no response from amazon.or belaco over the problem,I've been quoted £25 to have the microwave looked at to see why the microwave doesn't light up,that's half of the cost of what I brought the microwave for in the first place extra I can't afford.Definitely feel ripped off.& getting no assistance from amazon or belaco
