Terrible customer service. They took my money from Zelle account which my bank verified but then told me that I didn’t make an order. I tried working with their customer support which is almost nonexistent. They will not answer their phone support number and won’t respond back to my emails.

I've ordered from BL a few times, and it's typically a good experience. The only challenge I have is payment. It isn't very easy and involves several steps to purchase the product.

Don't go to them, some don't even deliver. I received a completely moldy product and the service is no longer responsive...

Something happening on their end as the venmo payment won't go through.

I've only placed one order but it was extremely smooth. I'm placing my second order today.

Sent 100 bucks worth of bitcoin. To confirm the payment i sent an email with the transaction info. Gmail said the email was blocked, tried using outlook and there has been no answer, don't even know if it went through.

Ordered a week ago, order still on “hold”, emailed their customer service the day i placed the order, haven’t heard back. Emailed twice and called their Google Voice number twice this week, nothing. In fact the last email gave me an error saying they had been “disconnected”… Their site says “24/7 Excellent Customer Support”. This is extremely frustrating and genuinely dangerous, especially for ppl mid cycle.

Customer support answered my questions as fast as they could. My product arrived. They also have competitive prices which makes it fair.

First order was perfect got delivered in about 2-3 weeks ( coming from france ), now 2nd order.
Nothing i waited 2 month to get a hold of what happened; they told me that someone in their shipping team "forgot to send the package" and that they will ask the managing team for help...
Now 1 week later they don't respond at the mail anymore... And the order is written as Delivered on the website...
