Hi Sinead am sorry you feel this we done draw live on Facebook and YouTube at10:30PM and posted winner very next morning after we had made contact. We are considering reintroducing result email directly after the draw but we didn't want to pollute with emails. I appreciate you taking time to respond. Thanks Team Bear

Don’t waste your time
Didn’t even do the draw on the competition I paid for! Seems like a scam.
@reply
I received an email about a Facebook live draw at 1.30pm Friday 13th.
I continually refreshed the website and FB. I accept that if it was an automated draw that’s fine - but it is just miscommunication and no updates. I still don’t even know who won!
It’s not like me to complain - it’s just very badly communicated and a waste of time and money.

Hi Emma you sure you hadnt entered an automated draw which clearly states the draw is automated and results posted on website directly after the draw? Only the larger comps are live.

Poor Communication
Bought a ticket a couple of hours before the draw. Thought I'd receive an email with the results, even if I didn't win. Never heard a thing !

Hi Tom thanks for your feedback we are considering bringing back auto emails after draws but when we use to do that people complained about too many emails we always post winners straight away and updates on the draws on our socials.

Tried to buy tickets to the Orlando house draw but when trying to pay it would not allow the Apple Pay option and when using PayPal it asked me to add a bank account when I already have one added. Very suspicious and deemed untrustworthy!

Possible scam.
Purchased tickets a few times with these and found that sometimes there isn’t a live draw on their big wins. Then a winner gets announced days later. Also tried entering through their live channels when they do giveaways and nothing gets mentioned about who it is given to. Will not be using again.
