I ordered a beautiful Juliet Dunn dress that sadly I’m going to have to return. There’s far too much fabric so didn’t do me any favours and you’re sold out of the smaller size. Such a shame as the fabric is stunning.

Tia was amazing! She assisted me over a period of a good few weeks when I was trying to buy one of the most people items they had in store. Great company, great products of high quality. Orders have always arrived quickly and beautifully wrapped. Free returns is a bonus. Recently sent a bikini back but only because it didn't fit me properly, nothing wrong with it. Good communication usually. Not heard they relieved return yet. Never had a problem and customer service is fantastic

Lovely Seafolly swimsuit, very stunning colours and fits perfectly. Love that it arrived quickly in a handy and pretty beach cafe bag that will be useful to put my wet costume in if I go to a spa. Great service and wonderful product.

Slow refund
I ordered an item of clothing from this company and returned it quickly as it did not suit
After several emails It has taken 22 days from receiving the return to process my refund!
However I did receive a voucher as an apology and had useful feedback
Good to know the company do listen and act on complaints
