Bava's Music City Anmeldelser

Bavas music has always had something available that I need, Nick and the team have been very helpful and friendly, even when I have changed my mind. They seem to be across the latest gear and can recommend something that meets my requirements. Specials are also another thing I like and Bavas certainly has a few of these. Over all satisfaction Very Good. I came back even after a few years.
Thanks again David G.

Great service and response to my inquiries. Thoroughly recommended. Efficient and reliable.

Amazing service, fast shipping and the drum kit i ordered for my daughter went beyond my expectations. 10/10 would purchase from Bava's again.

Some slight glitches in communication but otherwise a good experience. Will happily buy from Bavas again.

Online purchase proved excellent. Delivered well within time frame stated, would have every confidence in dealing with Bava's Music again, thanks guys!

i never have any problems shopping at Bava's

Keyboard good condition, good price, delivered in good time. Given a pair of headphones as gift with purchase, not compatible with keyboard. No follow up to email enquiry

Was contacted by a lady from Bavas whom asked if I still wanted the guitar case that I ordered, as The guitar I purchased (60,s Strat) already came with a case. I wasn't aware of this and was duly reimbursed the purchase price of the case. Also the best price I could find. Guitar was beautifully presented.Thanks.
.

My order wasn't in stock so they went over and above to help me.

Great prices on sale items. Customer
service is great. Nick Bavas was the one who looked after us when we purchased our Roland Piano keyboard. Nick has an excellent customer
service. a great guy.

Very professional and gave a lot of assistance

Purchased Fender Guitar Pack. Very happy with quick delivery and arrived in good condition and well packed.

Issues with ordering, no receipt sent through, had to make multiple follow up calls regarding order. Company would benefit significantly by communicating with customers in the event an order is delayed.
