Awful and I mean awful customer service! Sent me a package with missing items I have spent a week chasing up with many emails I feel I have more chance of finding the Mayfair sticker for the McDonalds Monopoly set! Would never use again and have now lost money and waisted time for nothing!

Super easy online ordering and really fast delivery. Product was quality with everything present and correct and well packaged.

Fast next day delivery which I paid extra for.
Tap arrived damaged due to poor packaging . Needed to be fitted day of delivery and minor damage to one of the crossheads so accepted it with negotiated compensation.
More substantial packaging would have prevented the damage.

Purchased a Rosa exposed thermostatic shower mixer from this company, the chrome parts all rusted, the valves made a very loud hammering noise, the company haven't replied to messages and have left me to conduct a charge back with my credit card company, I'd advise that any purchase is made with a credit card to obtain cover if you have no option but to buy from these.

The Radiator Cover arrived in double quick time. That's where the good news ends.

The quality of the item is poor, The paint finish has runs on it, there was some damage to the wood (which I have managed to hide), rubbish construction instructions.

Bought a item for delivery next day clearly states delivery date
Mark dispatched that day so asked for tracking only to be told not dispatched and would take another 5 days asked for refund and Charlotte as stopped replying … having to do a change back on credit card best avoided

2nd order from this company and again absolutely no worries. Excellent quality and fast delivery. Other reviews make you wary but my experience has been excellent

Ive order some replacements parts from this company after there shower has failed. We order 5 months ago on eBay and the woman just says exactly the same this every time when i ask for my refund this Rachael. I will take my time and make sure they i review them on all websites and everywhere i can find there company.

STAY AWAY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POORLY AND YOU WILL NOT TAKE YOU MONEY BACK

Very poor after sales service

Horrible service! Delivery waited for ages. Item not like described

Purchased bathroom suite in good faith. Delivery was flawless -whoever, upon plumber trying to install bathtub-it was discovered to be severely warped and NOT fit for purpose ,and had deep scratches on the bathtub (obviously under packaging therefore done prior to dispatch).

This "Company" , does NOT answer phones, respond to emails (Of which there have been many), and void of any communication.
Avoid this untrustworthy shower .

Although not installed yet. ..product seems to be of good quality. Invest in your customer service as although polite … an absolute nightmare to contact you , just no response to phone calls or emails

Parts missing and parts damaged.

Ordered part for shower online was quoted 3/5 days delivery. Arrived promptly.

I believe this is a good company to deal with. Charlotte in particular was very helpful when an item went missing. She got me a replacement fairly quickly and kept me informed throughout.
Keeping in touch with a customer and letting them know what’s happening, in my view is very important and goes a long way.

The taps i received are superb and great value for money. However, a few months after fitting the taps to my sink i found a minor fault which i reported to bathroom republic. I was asked to send a photo to identify the part required rather than replace the whole tap which i was unable to do. No matter, 4 days after first speaking to bathroom republic i had the part in my hand. Outstanding service! There were no arguments just an immediate replacement of the part required to be able to continue to use these superb taps, well done to all at bathroom republic what a fantastic company which i would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone!

Absolute nightmare. Ordered our taps from here. The box arrived bashed, ripped and cello taped up.
Turns out one of the parts for the tap was missing. 6 days and hours of calls and messages later the actual part turns up.
We also lost out on our plumber who couldn’t do anything without the missing part and had to leave us with our bath connected.
Poor customer service too. Was told there was nothing they could do to help us.
