Barronbeds Anmeldelser

I bought a bed and mattress from Barron Beds, the quality was excellent and the customer service was great! My kids loved the bed so I bought another one for their room. The quality and customer service is just amazing. Delivery both times was so fast and the customer service was friendly and professional. I would recommend Barron Beds to anyone I know!!

I was looking at various beds on several sites. Barron beds went the extra mile.I had a lot of questions which were answered promptly & in detail via both live chat and email -unlike some
other sites. Delivery was prompt and well within the time frame.
My only slight crittcism is i wish they & the other bed companies could write their name/s on swatches. As it can get confusing ordering swatches from multiple sites which then all arrive unamed & at once .
Overall a very good experience. Good price and good quality bed.

Brilliant, very professional but friendly couldn't have been more helpful. delivery on time.Needless to say we bought a very comfortable bed thanks.

I was sent a different bed
Looked nothing like the image

Communicated with them about it and they did nothing

And still they pick to argue
Without making anything clear on the website

For over two weeks they have been waiting for a response from the owner of the beds but I haven’t heard nothing

So yes I will open a PayPal case, PayPal gave you days to respond and you still said nothing

If the bed doesn’t look like the bed in the image
Then you are selling fraud!!

No point of a silly paragraph. If I asked for a storage base and you didn’t specify on the website that this won’t be the same bed in the image

Then you ‘The business’ is at fault

Then your arguing with me that you have a life outside that’s why you pick and choose when to respond

Absolute gentleman, delivery was great and the bed is superb. So happy. What a fantastic company
100% brilliant quality of beds really like bed and headboard definitely in future will buy again

overall nice bed, fast delivery. But when it comes to customer service is weak. They do not reply to e-mails and on instagram also stopped responding. One side of the bed is crooked, it won't fit.For 2 months, no one will bear the consequences.

I can’t explain enough how excellent this company is. I reached out to them due to me ordering a bed from a different company (which was the worst decision I made, one of the beds issues being missing buttons) and asked BarronBeds if they could make me a button for my bed.
BarronBeds then sent me out 5 Buttons for free, all colour matched and sized to my specifications.

I am so blown away by the kindness and friendliness of this company- there isn’t many companies about like this one.

This is definitely a great company, not doubts about it!

Very easy assemble and good quality. But a minor problem needed to be aware, the screws which are attached the head and bases will have a chance to get hurt. They are protruding around 4 inch inside the bases after assembly.

There are two nails protruding a little from the bottom plate

Absolute gentleman, delivery was great and the bed is superb. So happy. What a fantastic company.

I have bought 2 bed frames from Barron Beds and I cannot fault them. The workmanship, quality and customer service is outstanding. I would not hesitate to use them again and I recommend them to anyone I know who is looking to buy bed/beds. Fantastic. Tahir went above and beyond on my delivery today and moved my original bed into another room and installed the new one for me. Thank you 😊

Beautiful bed Absoloutley stunning! Very good delivery times, they quoted 2 weeks and it was ready and delivered within that time. Good customer services and very prompt on email. Would definately recommend. Very pleased.

Great bed at a very competitive price.
I had a couple of conversations with Tahir before placing the order.
The bed is fully configurable. You get to mix and match the design, fabric, storage, height of headboard etc.
I was kept informed about the progress and delivery.
We are happy with our purchase and would recommend Barron beds.

Absolutely gorgeous bed for the price. They communicated well through delivery. Be aware one person delivers. If my husband wasn’t home I wouldn’t have known what to do as I couldn’t help carry the items in . They obviously subcontract out.

Excellent Service and on time with a Quality product taking care and time with delivery highly recommended.
Thanks George.

Very easy transaction, informed delivery date. Good value for money

Brilliant highly recommend nothing is too much trouble xx

Bed fitted exactly into required space. Excellent quality, delivered and assembled by a single man who went above and beyond to ensure bed arrived safely into loft conversion. Amazing team from first enquiry to assembled product - very happy customer. Would highly recommend Barron beds and their team. Luxury product at very reasonable price
