Professional acknowledgment and courteous communication
Barings Law contacted me regarding a potential data misuse matter. After a period without updates, I raised a formal complaint to seek clarification.
My complaint was acknowledged promptly by Jamila and handled professionally, and the matter has now been escalated internally for review. Communication at this stage has been polite and responsive.
I am awaiting a substantive update, but I appreciate the courteous and timely acknowledgment once the issue was formally raised.

Professional attitude.
I had an ongoing issue regarding bank statements that I had previously submitted. I spoke to Jack Houghton who sorted out the issue within 15 minutes of my telephone conversation with him. Jack was very professional and courteous, which put me at ease. I asked Jack via email to confirm that everything was in place which he confirmed within minutes.
