The service here is excellent and i would 100% recommend. The staff/owner is extremely helpful and friendly. I went in desperate as my laptop charger had broken whilst i was in the middle of work. They ordered me one for the next working day and on top of that fully charged my laptop with one of their own cables for free. I was very grateful.

I was obviously a little nervous, selling an expensive item over the internet, but they were great. Kept me informed at every step. Told me exactly what dates everything would be happening and stuck to them. Gave me the price quoted when I originally enquired and didn't make any daft reductions in their price because of minor issues. Payment came through almost immediately once I supplied my details. First class service and would definitely use these guys again! Thanks for everything! 👍👍

Had to submit 2 sets of details before I hit a response. Finally got a response to say they don’t buy customer water cooled pcs any more. Simple note on website would have save everybody a lot of time. After the reply I have altered to 4 star.

This is such a great company - I'm gonna try, but I don't really have words. My teenage nephew saved up all year to upgrade his PC to be able to play one specific game. I made a judgment error by letting the wrong person do the upgrade. All the parts were there, but the PC kept crashing. The upgrader then suggested that we take it to a place in Newton park to do something with the software - big mistake.

We got it back, but the PC crashed even worse than before, and then we made the mistake of contacting the woman at the Newton Park shop about it. She immediately went into super-defensive mode and started spamming my nephew's phone with all sorts of messages - hundreds. I literally had to ask her 3 times to stop before eventually, my nephew blocked her without us ever using our "7-day warranty."

Understandably, after all of this, said nephew was ready to just junk the entire PC. I can kick myself that we left Bits and Pieces as a final option. They rebuilt the PC and placed it in a larger box with great ventilation, and today is Day 3 with no crashes and that kid has been on it constantly.

DO NOT USE the "highly recommended place" in Newton Park. Just don't. Save yourself a lot of time, money, frustration (and a possibly obsessed adult whatsapp spamming you) and go directly to Computer Bits and Pieces.

Great company. Navigating the website was easy. Lower price than originally quoted due to the outer packaging being opened even though inner packaging hadn’t. Was still happy with the payment offered, once agreed the payment was in account the next day. Great communication throughout.

Very quick, great customer service and prompt payment. Saved me the hassle of trying to sell a custom built PC through eBay or other websites.

Amazing customer service, swift response time. I wish the processing time wasn't as long but I understand the reasoning behind it. I forgot I had a 2nd ssd in the PC I sold and they were 100% honest about it and raised the original quote. I'm very happy with the service.

Cannot fault this company in anyway. Great service when selling products to them. Takes a little bit of time to complete the transaction from sending through to assessment but completely worth doing business with them. Extremely competitive prices given. Would highly recommend.

We had some computer components that we wished to sell. Bits&PCs were very prompt and offered us a good price. Couldn’t be happier. Would recommend them highly.

I have had no other services apart from selling, so I can’t comment on them, but I will about my recent experience.

Going through the website is easy, putting in all your details for whatever you’re selling, etc. Got emails once it was complete, not a problem. You then have to wait for the couriers label to print off (if you’re doing it that way). I had nothing come through until it got to the day before and then I had to email to ask where it was. Collection of the item was easy enough. But then I received no emails at all saying if it had arrived, what would happen next, anything. If I wanted to know what was happening, I had to constantly chase up and ask, which I think is too concerning when they have an item of value of yours that you’re selling to them and you hear nothing about it. Then I received a lower price than I was initially told, because specifications where entered “wrong” (I copied EXACTLY what specifications I was given.) I wasn’t prepared to have a fight about it and it was still a higher price than what I could get elsewhere, so I ended up agreeing to the lower price.

So for a quick summary, I wasn’t happy at all with communication, and I was made to feel like I was annoying them with all the chasing up and questioning them when I wasn’t sure about something.

Again like I said, I didn’t receive any other services from them which I’m sure they are great at, I just wasn’t impressed with this.

Excellent service, very reliable and easy to use. Will definitely use them again in the future.

First time using Bits & PCs. Great advice and very fast service in fixing my phone. I’ll definitely be using them again
