Wildleder-Ballerinas von Ballerette, Typ Colonna
Habe heute die bestellten Wildleder-Ballerinas nach einer passenden Bearbeitungs- u. Versandzeit von 10 Tagen erhalten. Die Zustellung über FedEx war etwas hakelig, konnte aber beim 2. Zustell-Anlauf geregelt werden.
Was ich in meinem Fall als wichtig weitergeben möchte: Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.
Die Schuhe sind zwar aus Leder, der Rest ist aber billigst wie z.B. die Kunststoff-Sohle und das seltsame Textilgewebe in der Innenseite der Schuhe.
Die Passform (ich trage Gr. 40) ist einwandfrei und entspricht tatsächlich einer 40iger Größe (allerdings sind es Ballerinas mit runder Kappe).
Summa summarum würde ich mir einen nochmaligen Kauf selbst bei der Hälfte des Preises genau überlegen.

Eine Firma, die unverschämt und mit minderwertiger Ware betrügt. Auch wenn sie verspricht, bei Rücksendung das abgebuchte Geld zurückzuerstatten, sieht man sie nie wieder!

Acquistate un paio di sandali solo dopo due ore dall’acquisto la pelle delle strisce davanti si era già rovinata in più punti..un paio di scarpe pagate 64 euro che non ne valgono nemmeno 10 alla fine della giornata i punti rovinati si erano moltiplicati e l’unica cosa che ho fatto è stata una passeggiata in giro per Bologna..servizio clienti completamente inutile veramente una pessima esperienza

I sent back a pair of shoes because one shoe was much wider than the other. The package was not accepted at the address given by customer service. I have tried to contact customer service by email but have not received a reply.

Meine Erfahrungen decken sich mit anderen Geschädigten.
Die bestellten Schuhe waren zu klein. Meine Versuche ein Retourenlabel oder eine Information zur Rücksendung zu erhalten per Mail und Telefon blieben über Tage erfolglos. Erst nach der Veröffentlichung hier im Forum sandte man mir die entsprechende Antwort.
Ich habe die Schuhe nun auf eigene Kosten für fast 20 Euro versichert mit DHL zurückgeschickt und hoffe auf baldige Erstattung meiner Zahlung.
Dieses Vorgehen ist absolut nicht kundenfreundlich, um nicht zu sagen unseriös.

I received A pair of shoes that did not fit so I ordered another size, it said free exchanged. So I had to buy the next size and they never emailed me back a shipping label to send the other pair back. I have emailed several times and no response.

Schuhe kamen schnell, Geld wurde sofort eingezogen
Achtung, wenn die Schuhe nicht passen. Die Kosten der Rücksendung muss man selbst bezahlen (wäre noch ok), aber das ich meinem Geld (trotz Eingangbestätigung der Rücksendung) hinterherlaufen muss (bisher ohne Erfolg) finde ich nicht seriös.

The shoes felt cheap and you can barely return them.
Customer service does not reply, charges you a huge amount to sent everything to Italy and says a courier will contact you to pick up the shoes… the you hear nothing!
Scam!!!

Le scarpe sono di qualità infima. Ho acquistato un paio di ballerine basse classiche e se avessi preso 85 euro cash e li avessi gettati dalla finestra sarebbe stato uguale. Il motivo è che la suola delle scarpe si è completamente lisciata dopo due settimane di uso quotidiano, causando danni irreparabili alla pelle delle scarpe (che si è letteralmente bucata). Se vi steste chiedendo come io abbia fatto, sappiate che ho soltanto camminato per la strada senza correre al parco o giocare a calcio. Complessivamente comprare queste scarpe significa buttare tempo e soldi.

Pas de nouvelles d un remboursement depuis 2 semaines et demi malgré des relances.
Je ne sais même pas si mes mails ont été lus.
Service après-vente décevant.
Pas de numéro de téléphone pour les contacter.

very cheap material - they look far cheaper than the price. I have worn them once and the heal is already worn down and the thin material at the back of the shoe is looking scrunched up. This is the first time I have bought from this brand and I wish I had done some research before buying directly from their website as it seems I would have to pay for return postage to Italy and according to other reviews would be unlikely to see any money refunded.

I returned some shoes and after several months of following up have not received any refund. There is no number to call the company and they do not respond to emails.

Absolutely awful customer experience. I emailed three times asking about sizing and never got a response. No one ever answered the phone, either. After I received the shoes and saw they were the wrong size, I had to email several times before I got a response. Finally, a month later, they sent me the wrong size in an exchange. I ordered these shoes for my daughter for Christmas and three months later I still don't have them. Never again.

Adoro le ballerine di Ballerette. Comode, chic, indistruttibili. Il customer care dell'e-Commerce è stato davvero attento e professionale, ma consiglio anche l'esperienza in store.

Ordinai il 26 settembre delle scarpe BallereTTe che mi sono stare recapitate a mezzo GLS Italy in pochissimo tempo.

Purtroppo il prodotto non mi è piaciuto e la sera stessa della consegna ho richiesto il reso tramite apposito modulo di contatto presente nel sito.

Assistenza clienti mi fornisce le istruzioni e l'etichetta prepagata del corriere TNT Express e la possibilità di richiedere il ritiro a domicilio (io ho preferito portarlo presso un TNT Point).

In poco tempo viene consegnato a BallereTTe a Firenze ed è questione di un rimborso per chiudere il reso.

Dal 04/10 ad oggi, 21/10, sono stato in contatto quasi ogni settimana con il customer care di Ballerette.

L'assistenza clienti è sempre stata gentilissima, il problema è che mi chiedevano sempre pazienza e che avrebbero sollecitato l'amministrazione.

Dopo un po' che non vedevo il rimborso ho risolto scrivendo io all'amministrazione di BallereTTe, il giorno successivo alla mail inviata all'amministrazione ricevo risposta (non capisto se dal customer care o proprio dall'amministrazione) fatto sta che dopo poche ore arriva la mail di PayPal che confermava il rimborso.

Il servizio BallereTTe e da 5 stelle, purtroppo però devo metterne 4 solamente per l'assistenza che è solo via mail , ok che rispondevano dopo pochissimo però è comunque scomodo , e per i tempi di rimborso eccessivamente lunghi

I sent back a pair of shoes that I bought, cause I wanted to return them and get a refund. The company accepted it and wrote me that I would get my refund in maximum 30 working from the receipt of the shoes. It's almost two months since I bought the shoes (6th of august) and I still haven't got the refund as promised. I wrote them several times and every time they tell me they will do it as soon as possible, but not a exact date. The left me very frustrated, cause I fear not getting back my money.

Trying to return a pair of shoes which are too small. Initially got a quick response - now nothing. Have contacted several times. Phone doesn’t pick up. No returns label in package. Totally stuck as can’t contact anyone. Dreadful service.

Oggi sono entrata in questo negozio con mia sorella incuriosite dalla vasta varietà di ballerine. Scarpe belle e di ottima qualità , ma un elogio particolare va a Francesco persona preparata e disponibile. La qualità del prodotto fa la differenza ma ancora di più il venditore . Bought a pair in the Black Friday sale reduced by 20% this was sent out without deducting the EU/Italian VAT although exported outside EU, I then received a bill from FedEx for GBP 36.00 even though the threshold for import tax is 150 Euros so 36 GBP certainly does not add up anyway. Endless emails back and forth with Ballerette, they are claiming to have deducted the Vat but clearly not. The delivery was also delayed by almost 2 weeks because of 'customs' so not only was it falsely exported but fedex did not check the paperwork either, FedEx report also very unclear what they are charging for. I have asked for proof of vat deduction but so far nothing. Happy to pay import tax and duty but not twice! That is illegal!
