Balfe's Bikes - Islington Anmeldelser 

Popped into Balfe Islington as I needed help with a ceased brake caliper.
I was first provided a friendly greeting by the sales staff as I needed new brake pads but unlucky for me they had all run out. I was then directed to the workshop to address my caliper issue and noticed that the workshop was so busy that they only accepted online bookings but they managed to take a look at the caliper for me on the spot. Within a few minutes I was seen and Ed got it working for me. He was also able to give it a tune up and ran me through the problem and how I could fix it in the future if it ever happened again.
I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received at this branch and would highly recommend them. So much so, I will now be getting my services there from now on.

My name ia Denise and I got my flat tire fixed at your shop on the 21st of Jan. That was around 15:00. Unfortunately around 19:00 my tire had a puncture again. It seems that the glass wasn’t properly removed. I emailed the shop with two photos attached but got no reply.

I think it’s unfair that I paid £23 and got tha same problem a couple of hours later.

I wasn’t sure about which size of the bike will be the best for me. The shop gave me opportunity to take it for a short ride before committing to the final purchase. It was great as I decided for a large bike at the end then initially intended.

Good people who care

I was very pleased with the bike for my daughter.
Customer service team were very helpful and responsive. We had to book the slot to pick up the bike so there was a couple of days waiting time but we didn't mind it.
They're open at weekends which was very convenient and the pick up went smoothly and they made further adjustments without any issues.
So much better than getting your bike delivered to your home and assembling it on your own.

There was a mix up with my online order but this was resolved fairly promptly by the staff at Balfe Islington (in particular Courtney) and at all times the communication was first rate. Very satisfied.
