Did the usual great job on the bike. Actually recommended a lower (read cheaper) service than I had originally booked based it's condition.

Outstanding quality of service
Outstanding quality of service, comprehensive in nature, some good recommendations, and a five year old, and very well used, bike now running like new again. Not cheap, but great value.

Excellent service
I thought they provided an excellent service. I purchased a bike for my daughter and they were extremely patient as she pedalled around the store. Very happy.

Great service from Balfe’s Dulwich team
John and the Dulwich team were very helpful in choosing a bike for my son. They got it checked and ready very quickly, so my son can ride away with it.

Excellent service from Balfe's Bikes they are extremely professional, accommodated our request and gave us ample time to consider the bikes that we were satisfied with, especially John who listens patiently to what we actually wanted and helps us choose the appropriate bike for us.
I have already recommended this service to several of my colleagues and friends.

Giant Shifter problem solved!!!
Had a bit of an issue with my Giant bike which thanks to the guys in the workshop got fixed really quickly. Friendly and helpful local bike shop. 😁

All the staff at Balfe's Bike Dulwich…
All the staff at Balfe's Bike Dulwich are very knowledgeable, Kevin who sold me my electric bike, listened to what I wanted and didn't push the most expensive bikes. It wasn't too much trouble to add on mud guards and a bike rack and I was able to pick the bike up on date that that was arranged.

Took two weeks to do the service
Took two weeks to do the service, left one part still needing replacing, tyres were flat so had to pump them up myself and the up/down gear button was the wrong way around so had to fix that myself. Plus - as it was the first service - expected a discount but they gave me £10 off a £300 service. Wouldnt recommend.

Thanks for spending the time to explain your experience. I will have a chat with the mechanics that assessed and worked on your bike, as it seems like some attention to detail was missing from the service, sorry about that. Once the part that we were waiting for arrived the bike was completed the same day, however the part did take longer than expected to arrive from Specialized. The first free service is offered in the first 6-8 weeks and is a running in service, due to the bikes age and condition it is not possible to carry this out.
The final part for your bike is here in store if you want to come by for it.
Sorry for falling short of the level of service we aim for and expected.
