Incorrect product sent. When I asked to customer service about it, they did not respond me. And also fresh products were melted.

I was satisfied with the shopping system. The operation is entirely based on customer satisfaction. I will shop again and again!

My order for 10kg bulgur was made with products whose expiration date was 3 months. I stated via WhatsApp line that it was not possible for me to consume it in this period and requested it to be replaced with new dated products. I asked them to ship the new dated products and have them pick up my items during delivery. However, I was told that new ones would be sent if I shipped the ones I had and paid the shipping fee. That's right, the mistake was my fault and I should have made the correction. Thanks

I've already received my purchases with missing items, also I've received with the wrong items...

I always report the problem and never get a resolution.

Their negligence is incredible!

We purchased 3 jars of Koska uzum pekmez but received only 1 jar. The explanation from the company was: the ones we purchased had short shelf life (hence were discounted), so they sent 1 with longer shelf life. They did not offer to make up for the missing items.

We also received 800 gr of coffee (4 x 200 gr) instead of 2 kg (4x500gr) we purchased. They did not provide any explanation but sent 1 more kg of coffee. But, it is still short of 200 gr of what we purchased.

It is a shame that we won't be using their service again as we had problem-free transactions in the past, but it appears that something has changed.

First time Shopping with them Very Very Happy. Good Customer service especially Mr Cihan Arslan if you have any issues just talk to him he ll do best for you. They have all the BEST TURKİSH FOOD AND PRODUCTS ON THEIR WEBSITE. I have used many other online grocery but This Company and Mr Arslan deserves 5 Star. Will order again. Thanks

Safe and good delivery . And nice and good package items

Everything was wrong about my order. Firstly, the discount code they gave on their Facebook page didn’t work at the check out. Then the order came 2-3 days late as before.
But worse than that is that the products were not what I ordered and in a horrible shape. The Turkish ravioli was totally melted into a dough and meat paste, the cologne was opened (without a cap), the dishes were in the wrong colour. And the worst was the sucuk! (turkish sausage) It wasn’t the brand I’ve ordered, a 4£ cheaper version with more chicken meat than beef. Also probably the price was reduced because it’s one month away from the expiration date and I can see the promotional price sticker on the product is covered for me not to realise that. It even doesn’t smell right. Horrible experience!

Just got my package well packed and spot on customer service. Highly recommended. Keep up the good job.

When I requested a refund for wrong and faulty food products, I was told that I had to take a destruction video. I was told that I had to open the package and pour tea on it, and I had to record and send it. They said that they would not make an exchange or refund if I did not send the video. Despite my unwillingness to return it and accepting the postage fee, they did not accept it. This is not acceptable. I did not find these requests ethical. Unfortunately, it was a place where I would never shop.

Kesinlikle çok güzel paketleme ile geldi ürünler hepsi taptaze ve çok korunaklıydı. Tatil gününe denk gelmişti benim siparişim buna rağmen Redcar'a iki buçuk günde teslim edildi 🙋👍👍 Ne ararsanız var. Yok, yok herşey elinizin altında. Ben çok memnun kaldım.
