Bailey of Sheffield Anmeldelser

The quality of this product is amazing. Not given it to the man in my life yet as it’s for his 60th birthday so I hope I’ve sized it correctly. He’s going to love it. Xx

Just a great company to buy from. The products are amazing and the service is beyond 10/10. Adele is a star, and would go the extra mile to make sure your order is perfect. Thanks again.

I ordered a Memorial capsule bead with engraving on both sides, upon receipt it had only been engraved on one side. I rang and left a message but nobody returned my call. When I finally spoke to someone I was PROMISED delivery on Friday, I now find out it will be Tuesday.
This is extremely poor customer service.

Not 1st buy excellent service and product love it

Absolutely love my bracelet in memory of my two boys Beamish & Bailey. Adele was so helpful on my personalisation of a signature bead. This is the best piece of jewellery I have purchased. The quality is second to none. I highly recommend x

Very pleased with product.
DHL delivery 2 days later than expected, poor excuse as to why.

Love this hand made bracelet I purchased for my partner so much so that I’ll be receiving one myself for my birthday!
The craftsmanship is outstanding and will last a lifetime. I had a personalised bead which means so much to my partner.
The bracelet has to be precisely measured for your wrist and because the size needed to be personalised (small wrist) I was contacted to double check this. This leads me to the communication-again friendly, warm and great advice. Love the personal touch from Bailey’s of Sheffield.
It will be lovely to gift beads over time to add to the bracelet and can be done with the tool provided.
Thank you so much for a lovely transaction and gift.

The communication was excellent. Really prompt and with complete clarity.Explanations for delay were most welcome along with the offer of alternative options. I am extremely happy with my purchase

I can’t recommend this company enough. Their products are of such high quality and never disappoint. I have been ordering from them a few years now as my partner just loves the sentiment behind the personalised beads and the quality. He’s a farm worker and in the past three years working on a farm daily his bracelet has held up being bashed about and all sorts but it still looks brand new. I’d also like to say that their customer service is second to none. Highly recommend.

I love wearing my two bracelets. I wanted a bead plus an inscription for a very specific and special occasion. Unfortunately, the bead colour I wanted was unavailable in the timeframe I needed but with a few comparison photos I was sorted out very quickly. I am delighted with the result and wear with pride. Thank you for the excellent service

Very good quality, quick delivery

I have been a Baileys customer for several years and recently added two beads to my bracelet, which were engraved.
The company, was outstanding in their service, the courier company delivering it less so.
Big thanks to Adele who chased, shouted (no doubt) and got them to deliver it, even if it was four days late.

Great service and an easy to use website. I personally had a combination of images and text etched onto various beads and the process was easy enough to follow. It would be nice if some of the beads (ICE or Medical for example) that you show as examples on the site could be selected as a template rather than having to build manually from scratch.

Great service, refurb of old loaded bangle, resized perfectly. Added to the collection with Big Smiley pendant and getting lots of complimenys. Pure quality

Great service, very helpful website and when asking questions

I ordered late for my sons 18 and I had the order with in 2 days so very good experience.

Great communication and items as always excellent quality

Fantastic help and advice when I phoned for some guidance about measuring for the bracelet, really happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying more.

I have previously bought an identity bracelet from Bailey of Sheffield a few years ago which was of exceptional quality and style. I needed another one to celebrate the successful graduation of my Grandson following a six year Veterinary Medicine course at Cambridge University. Easy decision and contacted Adele and Geoff in Sheffield. Adele was in contact several times to suggest a design for the wording and to also add a mortar board silhouette to the bead. A nice finishing touch . Order was quickly completed and sent by courier.
Annoyingly the driver delivered it to a different address some 2 miles away despite being clearly labelled to me.
Thank goodness they added a photo of the recipient and a Google map of the location. Package retrieved safely.

NO FAULT AT ALL FOR BAILEY
What a great looking bracelet with the Storm version and the ID and Signature beads enhancing it more.

Thanks again to Adele and team and well recommended . Marc
