They are absolutely useless - ordered some T-shirts heard nothing for 3 weeks. Chased up with their customer service which takes 24 hours as no chat or phone. They said they would send them out arrived one T-shirt out of stock will be sent later. 2 weeks later nothing had to chase again got a 24 hr reply we will need to refund you - still waiting on refund - my advice avoid

This is the worst experience ever.
I bought some Ghost merch to Cyprus (EU) with tracked&signed. Supposed to reach me in 5-7 days.
They sent it with normal one and they told me they cant track. just offered me half of the shipping back.
Something I didnt even ask for. I ordered 1st may - today still nothing.
Never buying from them again

They charge more for 1-day shipping but take 5 days to process, completely pointless paying extra.

After weeks of waiting and several mails still nothing received.

Print is good,
shirts would not pass in Quality
as a Shopping bag.
Stretched out of shape just after a few wash.
Just use full as night dress. Going into bin now.

Waited months for items. Asked for refund. No reaponse. Have now escalated with PayPal. AVOID!!!!

Order raised on 6th Dec, silence for a week, sent chaser email - 'we'll respond in 3-5 days' eventually got a response saying could be another 3-5 days before items despatched - still nothing, communication and delivery is absolutely rank, processes clearly not fit for purpose. Why it would take nearly 2 weeks to pack and post a t-shirt I have no idea. Avoid if you can, much better merchandise stores out there.

The item I purchased is made from cheap material, which is clearly going to look like a dish rag after its first wash. Also, the logo is very poor quality, and I think it's an unofficial item not associated with the band!! Very, very disappointed considering this was meant to be a gift. I'll never buy from this company again.

Order shipped two weeks after order date. Time from ordering to getting my package was almost ONE MONTH. Customer service are unable to give shipping estimates or answer any questions really.

I placed an order through the artists merchandise website (Louis Tomlinson) because what was available at the actual concert I went to was limited and only large sizes. I’m in the USA, and ordered on 7/14/23. I paid through ShopPay app and got the shipping notification from the app, but no tracking. My items arrived from Backstreet Merch on 7/31/23 and exceeded my expectations. Hoodie graphics were phenomenal, materials were great, fit was perfect. I was super happy to get official merch in a style/color I wanted that was so well made. Not sure if they make all the merch of the artists they represent, or they only distribute, but my experience with them was very different from most of these reviews. I also had brief email contact with them that was answered within 24 hours, so I only have good things to say about my experience!

Avoid this company. T-shirts ordered 31/05 now 06/07. Totally rubbish communication. Gone down the PayPal refund route. Would be quicker to sew my own T-shirts than wait for them to be delivered. Trading standards need to look at these cowboys

Do not buy from them! I bought a Map of Gielinor from their runescape shop on November 30th 2022. Today it's the 31st of January 2023 and nothing came. I kept sending emails to them and they never replied normally, only by automated messages saying the same exact things. I also put International Tracked & Signed shipping and never got a tracking number. I requested a refund and they still replied with automated messages and nothing useful. They stole 116 Euro from me.

It took a month to get my Coldplay and Foo Fighters merchandise delivered. No tracking, no update, and nothing happened until I sent emails automatically answered by the bot suggested contacting via chat. My entire experience was just not favorable.

Useless company have ordered three different times and each time order not fulfilled.

Impossible to get hold of and if you do have to use them, pay by PayPal in case of issues, like everyone else avoid

I ordered 5 seconds of summer tour posters from this company, initially they were sent in the complete wrong size (smaller than A4) but these were due to be replaced. Ever since, I have been regularly contacting them to send out my replacement posters and each time i'm told they'll be sent in the next few days and nothing ever arrives. I'm then told it's a system issue so my request was never sent to the warehouse team. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I ordered two 5sos (5 Seconds of Summer) posters back in April whilst they were touring the UK. I got sent out my first set of posters both being smaller than an A4 piece of paper. We were notified by the company via an email that this was an error on their end and would be fixed and the CORRECT sized posters would be dispatched by Mid May. I waited until after Middle of May where I spoke with several Customer Services agents on the online chat including Anya, Marco and Shaun. I was told at first that the May dispatch had gone through but mysteriously I had no dispatch email or notification to say mine had been sent. I was battling with customer service agents on a weekly basis for 3/4 weeks trying to find where were my posters were. Finally I was told that one of my posters had been sent out but I queried about the other one. I was then told that the Supplier did the WRONG amount of stock for the second poster so in other words, I wasn't getting my poster which I had paid £30 for in the end I was told basically 'nothing we can do, we are refunding you'. I had waited nearly two months to be told that I was getting a refund. To say this company is bad is putting it lightly. Would never order from here again.

If I could give this company a 0 I would! Absolutely shocking service!!! Placed an order for limited edition merch for my daughter and after weeks of waiting with no communication I chased my order up. I received an email 4 days later to be told that my issue should be resolved and I should have my order yet I had received absolutely nothing! I contacted them again today and there was apparently a “system glitch” meaning my item was now out of stock and my daughter wouldn’t be receiving it! They hadn’t even got in touch with me, it took me to contact them!! Absolutely shocking excuse of a company and I will NEVER purchase from them again!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Took my order and my money and then no contact until I emailed them asking where my order was and they responded with “there was a problem with you order” and asked if I wanted anything else from their website ‘backstreet merch’ or a refund. I asked for a refund (yesterday) and then today got a message from an ‘Emily’ stating “ We did send you an email yesterday to mention we unfortunately do not have your item in stock”… what she failed to realise is that the email she’s referring to is in response to my original email to them!
My advice is DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!

I totally share the previous remarks (everlasting delays, bad or no communication)
It looks like BSM starts making your T-shirts AFTER your order.
I'm still waiting for a part of it, two months after my order. It will be the last one. I can't understand how Paypal can continue to cover this type of seller.

Unhelpful custom service who made it sound like they were doing me a favor for returning the product. No effort to help me out other than offer to re-order another one and wait another 2 months. Ridiculous.
