Easy delivery and good communication. Staff friendly and helpful

I had an assessment from BCS for my chair in my home office, organised by my workplace. The technician, Chris was exceptionally friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire visit.
Chris took the time to answer all my questions clearly and provided valuable insights that made the process smooth and efficient. His professional yet approachable manner created a great experience, and I really appreciate the effort he put into ensuring everything was handled effectively.
I am autistic and assessments etc. can be stressful for me but it was a pleasant process made so much easier by a brilliant technician.

Delivery was swift and the chair is exactly what I need for my reasonable adjustments.

I can honestly say this company provides an excellent service. The communication throughout was clear and professional, and the turnaround time to get the equipment to me was quick.
The delivery arrived at the exact time specified, as promised, and the team member who attended went above and beyond by taking the time to explain each piece of equipment thoroughly, which there were quite a few items. This level of care and attention exceeded my expectations for a delivery.

After my referral was made by my manager, i got an appointment for an assessment quickly, i was unable to make the original date but a date was offered i could take for the following week.

Derek who did my assessment was polite and friendly, but also thorough and efficient.

I'm yet to receive the items from my assessment but this is due to my company and not Back Care Solutions so I cannot comment on the comfort/quality of these yet.

The service received was excellent from beginning to end. Both workers who attended to measure and then deliver and adjust the chair were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend

Equipment availability was good and delivery very quick. I was pleasantly surprised that Back Care Solutions not only delivered this so quickly, but also installed the equipment, showing me how to use everything and helping me get set up. Would recommend and will use again in future for any ergonomic equipment.

The items delivered arrived earlier than expected the shared video assembly instructions were extremely useful and did not take too long to build the desk.

I was very pleased with the communications and responsiveness of your team. One example was when I asked what colour of the desk top would be I was provided with at least 5 different options to choose from.

The assessment was thorough and well explained and was not rushed at all. Looking at photos helped to further explained the issues with my office setup.

The service and support I received from Back Care Solutions was fantastic. They guided me through all the steps required to complete an accurate assessment and the gentleman who delivered my equipment, was kind, polite and exceptionally through going through set up and use for me. I couldn't have wished for any more care and support.

Excellent service. Just took a bit of time to get the new chair delivered (c.just over a month)

The chap who delivered my chair was excellent. He put everything together and then proceeded to set it up correctly for me explaining how everything worked as he went through. Finished by ensuring that I was comfortable with my position.

The service I received was of a high standard by the technician (Steven Holding). Steven was helpful, friendly and professional when delivering my new office chair. I was shown how to use my new chair and was given an instructions booklet to refer to when needed.

The ergonomic chair I am using for work is a lot better than my previous chair, and I can use this effectively in a way that works best for my current health needs.
