Baby & Me offers lovely products with beautiful designs and high-quality materials. My past purchases have been fantastic, but occasionally there's a delay in shipping or quality isn't as consistent as I'd hope. However, overall, it's a wonderful company with great items and passionate customer care. Definitely worth supporting for unique baby items!

How are you brothers are so nice and Tom pay your way to brothers are really nice, but I bought one for myself because I’ve got to help me sleep properly and I use it in the day to Butt in the family. Use another hot is really nice and warm and use your snow no hot every single day in the winter.

Poor quality blanket
I have purchased from this company a few times and always been extremely pleased with the items. Always beautiful designs and high quality. However I've received my blanket today which I ordered in November but I'm really disappointed. The design isnt that nice as advertised and the quality isn't as good as previous blankets and snuggle hoods I've purchased. Very thin material. Not very good value for money this time I'm afraid to say.

This particular review I do find upsetting. To address the customers concern, I would firstly like to point out that no contact from the customer has been made to put forward their grievance before posting this review. Something we would always advocate so a business can at least have an opportunity to rectify an issue that a customer may have before publicly, and in our opinion, unfairly commenting on such a platform as this. To address the particular concerns. Our supplier, materials and manufacture process is unchanged from any previous collection. The quality is exactly the same as any other item we have produced. Something we have strict controls over and pride ourselves in. This customer has a long history of successful and happy purchases with this business. Never once has an issue of quality been raised. As our quality has not wavered from previous collections I do find this comment baffling. Second the comment regarding the design being not as advertised. The picture of the product on the listing is an exact picture of the product received. So again, this comment I find malicious and not to be accurate.
The customer ordered this item on our Christmas pre order which was advertised as due for delivery in mid December. Which was fulfilled and delivered on time as advertised.

Poor CS
Excellent products, but it was a third time I had to chase them to send me my order or give a refund after weeks of waiting without any notifications...
I'm still waiting for my refund, it's such a shame because the products are amazing, but the customer service is very poor. I don't know how many times I've heard "sorry" so I was giving another chance. Unfortunately no response after my emails.
This time it's been two weeks since my last email.
Hopefully I will at least receive my refund.
