What excellent customer service we have received from Azatom! We have an Azatom Zenith Z4 CD player with DAB+ radio. Unfortunately we had a problem with the hinge on the CD player lid. I emailed Azatom last week, I received a reply the next day, and after giving some more details a new unit was dispatched and arrived with us 4 days after my first contact - we have never received such excellent service. Well done Simon at Azatom.

and they replied in person and then replaced it without any fuss. Very impressed with this level of service and wish them well.

I have only had the product for a few days. I wanted to replace my other DAB radios. I looked at reviews and this one came out on top!! There were 3 different colours but I preferred the black one!! Easy to set up and play!!!

Controls could be more straightforward but a lot of bangs for the price

Playing the Best of Mark Knopfler, superb quality across the range of instruments and a real pleasing sound.
I know it is early days but to play what I am with such pleasing results has got to be fabulous and say a great deal for the value for money.

great dab radio, scans every channel on dab, crystal clear reception great for the football and news.

I've only just received the radio, but it's a great compact radio great sound and reception, not very good on FM for reception but didn't buy it to use on FM.

I ordered a replacement charger, it arrived quickly but didn’t work, I told them and they quickly sent another which was fine.Excellent service. I’d certainly buy from them again.

I have had a Pearl P100 in the bathroom for a few years and have just purchased a Revival Q1 clock radio. Really happy with both radios and customer service from Azatom when I had a question about delivery. 6Music while having a shower is great!

Great bedside radio with one silly design flaw. Radio works very well for it's price. At £45 you don't expect hi-fi. So, what is wrong with it? It's the layout of the buttons. The 'Power' button, the one that you probably use the most, is in an inconvenient place. But worse than that, the 'Scan' button is next to the 'Sleep' button. Lying in bed, just about to drop off, if you reach out to press 'Sleep' and hit the 'Scan ' button (next to 'Sleep') by mistake, you lose all your presets. Just what you want when you are nodding off! So great bedside radio, but it would be better if the 'Power' button was in a more convenient position and the 'Scan' button was not so easy to press by mistake.

It was incredibly easy to register for the 3 year guarantee. Just used the QR code. Took about 30 seconds.

Excellent sound for its size - 30w is very effective, especially on higher speed stations like BBC Radio 3. Easy to set up with comprehensive instruction leaflet - plenty of storeable presets (40 each for DAB & FM). Great to find one with rechargeable internal battery - suitable for bathroom use with no power point.
The only down side is apparently common to all DAB radios - it eats up the battery charge very quickly. Don't forget to switch it off!

No problems. Nice looking little radio.Clear sound.Found it easy to set up .Would definitely use this company again.

This little dab+ radio desire X2 is a neat little dab+, FM, Aux and Bluetooth device. Easy to setup, 40 preset location. The sound is brilliant too for such a small box. Can be powered by 3 ways, using the included AC cable, or any USB-C cable and to be total wireless (free) by 4 AA batteries. It has an alarm (which at present, haven't tried). I'm very satisfied by the build and it's coverage of stations using it's telescopic chrome antenna.

Delivery(from Amazon) quick. Well packaged. Item pleasantly was a bit smaller than expected, lightweight product and appears ( so far) to work well . Easy to set up and receives plenty of stations

I needed a radio for when I am away on long walking treks where weight is a factor as I carry everything on my back & my current radio was on its last legs. I found Azatom & bought the S2 Sports Pro, its small, light @ 110g and does the job great both DAB &FM.
