You would not cover my front tire. Your agent said it had dry rot which was ridiculous since it’s a 21 limited CVO with 15000 miles on it garage kept. Why offer wheel n tire if you don’t back it up

Frank was very informative and helpful getting my extended warranty on my 2023 Road Glide 3. My original warranty was expiring in a couple days so time was of the essence to get a good rate. Frank was on it from the first contact and we got it all done. Pretty smooth process.

On 2022 Harley Roadglide I started having issues with the charging system.
As I was riding I noticed smoke rolling out of the Voltage regulator and pulled over and had to quickly pull the main fuse to get it to stop before my bike burst into flames. I had it towed to the dealer where they diagnosed the issue being the stator over charging causing the voltage regulator to go out. They put an estimate together and sent it into DESP. Almost 2 thousand dollars parts and labor. DESP authorized the work to be done and paid all but the deductable 100.00 Thanks to DESP I was able to get my bike properly diagnosed and repaired and back to having my knees in the breeze. Ive had them for a while now and wont have a bike without them. Theyre exactly like having a Harley extended warranty without all the hassle and for less than a third of the cost and to make things even better you dont have to have all of the money for the warranty up front. You put 10 percent down then make a small payment depending on the coverage you get and to even make things better...they toss in the tire and wheel coverage FREE where with Harley you pay an additional charge. Ok...so now after reading this youre thinking DESP isnt good at the dealer. YES IT IS..and its also good at your favorite cycle shop as well. Go back and read...I had my bike repaired at the dealer where I bought my bike. So go ahead and pay thousands for an extended warranty.
But you have to ask yourself...do I really want to be a Stunaats and pay all of that when I can get the exact same coverage for a fraction of the cost?? Yeah...thats what I thought...Lifes short...save some money ...make momma happy!!!!

I had a flat. went to dealer and they tried to contact ESP. Can only contact by email?
I had to pay for the service and wait to see if my claim was allowed? waited a week+ to have the dealer call and say they (the dealer) was paid. then waited for the dealer to credit my account. i was under the understanding ESP would approve and pay the dealer, not me.
