I have a 22’ F450. I didnt like the front grill. Looked like an old man truck. I found autoledtech.com had a Platinum style front grill available. They offered fast shipping so I bought it. It was easy to install and looks amazing!

I made a mistake on my order and overpaid for something I ordered twice, they caught it and contacted me and asked if I ordered 2 and I said no, they refunded the difference right away. Most places would’ve taken my money and walked away.. loyalty and honesty go a long way with me and they have both!!!

This company is nothing more than a remote drop ship company making money off of markup on other people's products.
I ordered a double lightbar set with sequencing center lights and a plug-n-play harness and dimmer switch.
A few of the itmes showed up about a week and a half after I placed the order. The rest didn't show up for over a month. When it finally came, there were no instructions with them. I ended up damaging the harness trying to get it installed. I contacted them for help and a replacement. They have no phone number, and give a flimsy excuse that it is better for the customer. Read the reviews, that is definitely not true. Online chat? Good luck. It takes over an hour, at best, to get responses on that. And emails take days to get replies.
I finally got them to order an new harness. Weeks later it got returned to sender because of an incomplete address on the shipping label. When I contacted them again they just replied, "it shipped directly from the manufacturer. I'll contact them." So here I am with a light bar package that I cannot install and spent over $800 on. And they could care less. And no telling when I'll get the new harness and some instructions to install. And don't ask them for any. They dont have a clue.
Don't waste your time and money on this sham company.
So everyone can see how this company is, I am posting the email they sent me about this review instead of making it right and getting me the item I ordered and still don't have. Don't let their response to this review fool you. Here is what they wrote me directly.

Hello Micah - yes its true, we actually do not make all of the 700+ products we offer our customers. Believe it or not, we sell other companies popular products that they manufacturer in house. You ordered December 29th, right after Christmas. The grill bars you ordered are made by Sick Diesel Gear - who was experiencing delays in production due to an extreme increase in holidays orders. Crazy, right?! Not sure how that could happen! You You emailed us stating your extreme disappointment in the delay and we offered to cancel the order for you and you started getting upset like a spoiled child: QUOTE:
"I want my item. And I want it ASAP. You should over night it or something since you told me it was shipping 2 weeks" "Wow. Cancel instead of getting me my order? That tells me everything i need to know about your company. My reviews will reflect such.!""I want my items! " Agassi and never did This is ridiculous. "
You contacted us for a replacement harness because you damaged the first one and god forbid, you had to contact us by email and you received your replacement item.
Looking at your review history tells me all i need to know - did your wife leave you? Do your kids think your a cuck? Something must be wrong for you to waste so much time leaving bad reviews."

I originally ordered the 12v Flow Series Controller. Shortly after confirming my order, AutoLEDTech’s support team reached out to ask how I planned to use it. I explained my setup, and what followed was a detailed email exchange where they carefully reviewed my design and identified a compatibility issue I had completely missed.
Instead of just shipping the product, they recommended a simpler solution using equipment I already own — which ultimately cost them a sale.
I don’t write many reviews, but this level of honesty, technical thoroughness, and genuine customer service absolutely deserves recognition. Thank you for going above and beyond!

If The Devil Ran A Business
I should’ve read the reviews first just like all the other reviews were saying. Do not buy anything from this company. You will get a product that has quality issues, but most importantly is not as advertised as it says. If for whatever reason you do buy, get ready to dispute with your credit card. I was told by George on record “You are just getting a new airbag cover, you reuse your original, factory airbag assembly. All you do is remove the existing cover and put the new cover on the existing airbag assembly.” The website also clearly listed it was compatible with my vehicle.
When I went to get this professionally installed by a licensed technician who deals with exotic vehicles, he noted that their steering wheel had many problems that will not only void my warranty, but would have safety issues as well. The shop was more than willing to talk to George to explain the issues with a steering wheel, but as of a couple of weeks into this whole fiasco, he still has not contacted them and he’s trying to defend his defective product to me. The product was not compatible as advertised and I incurred an additional expense of almost $900 for the labor to find out this product was defective.
I one time bought an exhaust for a company whose passenger side exhaust was defective. Upon communicating with the company they asked for the shop who they contacted got everything squared away and sent me a replacement because that’s what an ethical business does when you spend money on a product that’s advertised on being compatible with your car.
George, based on your reviews, it seems like there’s a pattern of deception on the products that you send out and just like one of the comments said you picked the right guy. I had to incur that almost a $900 labor cost to be told that the steering wheel that was advertised as a direct replacement, wasn’t the case. Of course George is not willing to resolve this. He referred me to his lawyer when I tried to peacefully resolve being reimbursed for the labor cost.
Instead of probably working on saving your reputation or maybe learning how to actually build quality products and not deceive your customers, George is probably going to come here and write many paragraphs defending himself. And I will use your response as well as other reviews when we take this in front of a judge. Do not buy from this company.
It unfortunately, seems that this business knows that they are sending out crap products, and hopes that either you don’t know that you can dispute with your credit card or maybe they just take personally enjoyment in this. Based on what I saw, I’m also going to look at possibly doing a class action lawsuit against this company because it seems that there is a pattern here for years of sending out these products. I fortunately have the resources and time to not only defend myself, but the number of consumers that have been affected by this business. For those of you reading, this is what the professional licensed technician said about the steering wheel he sent:
“While attempting installation of the supplied steering wheel, Ive found that the new wheel does not have the correct wiring needed to work with the factory systems. The original wheel has a small blue harness protruding from the LH side near the paddle shifter/button module. See image of new wheel compared to old one and notice that the blue harness is non existent. Also notice that the leather is loose on the bottom of the wheel, and that the foam molding is missing a locating hole for inner trim. Wires are unterminated and will require cutting/splicing the original harness which we will not perform due to safety and liability concerns.”

Terrible. Read all their never ending policies thoroughly! Don't try looking for a phone number to call them cuz they don't believe in it (but yet they tell you to call on their website...) On and on and on. I really enjoyed reading their reason for the restocking fees. Cost of doing business people, just like everyone wanting to charge the customer for not cancelling an appointment within a certain timeframe. COST OF DOING BUSINESS!

Great product oem fitment. Everything fit as it should nice and easy install for me. Might be buying a foxbody mustang steering wheel in the spring.
Steering Wheel and Air Bag Cover
I ordered my steering wheel on their Black Friday sale. I was advised and had to confirm that I knew there would be a 6-8 week delivery time. A few days later I was contacted by George who confirmed my choices. The wheel was not common among the numerous pics of the other wheels they had done so I was expecting a longer build time. I also wasnt sure on one of the colors I wanted or the position of the two, but George said that if I wasn't sure he'd refund my money right there even though it said no refunds on custom orders once it was placed. He wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted and I decided to just go with it and I'm glad I did. I received my steering wheel almost 6 weeks later to the day. It was exactly as I ordered. It was packaged very well and covered to protect it. The wheel core has the factory parts number on it and the materials and build quality appear to be very good. There were no bubbles, loose stitching or materials even on the inside edges. The airbag cover looks like a totally factory part, but in the exact colors I ordered. Everything fit like the factory parts did and they also fit well with the factory trim and switches you have to reuse. The install was super easy and it just looks awesome in the vehicle. I would definitely order from AutoLEDTech again.
Great Customer Care + Product

I appreciate the helpfulness from the company on how to fix this issue as well. I definitely recommend ordering products from this company.
Unprofessional and rude.
The owner is disrespectful and unprofessional. Not only did they send a beat up steering wheel that I payed a good amount for, but they were rude during e-mail interactions. I asked if I could have the core of the steering wheel they sent replaced and they said they don’t usually include it, to return it so that they can sell it to someone else. I asked for a full refund because I am not installing a beat up steering wheel on my car. They denied at first so I went through my bank and disputed it, the owner finally sent me a shipping label.
I waited 8 long weeks for a “used” wheel to show up and then had trouble with a childish man. I wouldn’t buy from here.

How you run a business is upsetting. Yes, unfortunately this purchase was unprofessional. I purchased a $600 steering wheel and your justification is that “you can’t see it”. If I am purchasing a product trying to support a small business, I expect the product to be presentable (The steering wheel had cuts, scratches, a botched glue job, and stains).
As a business owner, I was hoping that you would be able to work with a customer, however instead of trying to help with a concern of mine, you told me to return the product at my own expense so you could sell this used product to someone else.

I wish there was a lower mark available, I purchased lights from this company and the lights Finally showed up and parts were missing inside the lights themselves and the lights didn’t work, we had to send the lights back 4 times because every time they returned them to us the same issues persist. They just made excuses like “ next time their going to use special glue” or their going to take their time and make sure there right this time. But after months of nothing but continued excuses and lights still not working we sent them back and asked for a refund, they not only kept the lights but never refunded my money. Run from this company don’t walk. Never do business with a company that won’t give you their phone number. Worst company by far I’ve ever done business with. I just filed with the better business bureau and we will file a lawsuit if it goes beyond them. Your response was predictable that you minimized your faults. I can post all the pictures and our communication if you like. Either my money is returned or we will be suing you. If it was only a led lights that weren’t in the light maybe I could have lived with it but you know very well your lights didn’t work. We documented everything so stop playing the victim card. Again never do business with a company that won’t give you their phone number and trust me we asked many times. You can be a smart ass all you want, you never once told us things were fried I have every email from you. We documented everything, turn signals never worked. You guys are a terrible company and people should avoid doing business with you. Your competitor sent us lights and everything was perfect the first time. Either refund my money or I’ll file a suit and post that also. You guys hide behind a keyboard because you don’t list a number because everyone has the same experience as I did, you’d spend your whole day taking calls from angry customers like me. Also don’t forget when I asked you to return the money I gave you to expedite my order you refunded only half because you said you spent so much money having to keep sending return labels. 75.00$ as too much for your company to do what’s right considering all of the issues were 100% on you!!! Your lie about the installer frying the lights fall flat because have emails with pictures with your company saying their wired correctly. Then your company told us that your controller must be bad. You always had a plethora of excuses but what your not good at is fixing your incompetence. You picked a fight with the wrong guy.

I should have read the reviews first. This has been one of the worst buying experiences ever. In 2025 there's no reason something should be marketed and sold and take 6 weeks to arive, unless it's coming on the slow boat from China. Nov 25th I ordered LED grill lights for my truck from these guys because in all appearances they seemed legit, far better quality than what to can find on Amazon or ebay, so I purchased what was an in stock item. Shipping stated it would send in 1-2 business days. Within a week I got the wiring harness for plug and play. 5 weeks later and I still haven't gotten the lights. I checked the order link and after a few weeks it stated that the label was created for shipping but there was nothing to ship yet. After emails back and fourth they informed me that this was not coming from China and are built here in the US(Bullshit)and that the would find out why there was a label but no shipment. After a few more days the shipping link finally showed the package had been received by UPS and is now in transit but it will take 2 weeks to get to Washington from Florida. At this point, I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company, get my money back and move on. I'm not going to cancel my order like some of you, I'm going to let them fight Visa, not me. I have no faith tar what is coming will actually be the lights I ordered. For all I know we are finding the Taliban on domestic soil and a box of nothing will show up with just enough weight in it to make it look like a shipment. Do not buy from a small company with no phone number. The BS they posted in another review is false. I have a small business and it lives and dies by customer interaction. People still want to talk to people. Copy and paste email is insufficient.

My parents placed an order as a gift for my son for Christmas and the email receipt said that they would get an email notification when the item shipped. Their site claims shipping within 2-3 business days. Their card was charged at the time of purchase as well. After not receiving a shipping email after 2 weeks, they attempted to reach out to the company to inquire about their order. The company does not have a phone number to call so correspondence is only through email and live chat. They attempted several times to email and chat with no response from the company about where their order was. I also attempted to live chat and it was never answered. I would not buy from this company!! No customer service and charging for an item that was never sent is unacceptable. I'd go so far as to say they are fraudulent!

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! Placed my order on 11/29 and after 2 1/2 weeks it still showed as processing. I emailed for an update and was replied to that there were several delays with my order and to reply to cancel. I replied not to cancel but asked for an approximate date I could anticipate receiving my order. NO REPLY. Emailed every single day until today 12/22 and sent it from a different email and said I’d be filing a complaint with BBB. I got a snarky reply that they had replied and offered my order to be cancelled. I did cancel my order and now I am screwed for a Christmas gift for my son. DO NOT order from this company. All the online reviews I’m now seeing say the items all pretty much only last a few weeks or months. So I guess I should be thankful they suck and have awful customer service.
And as you can see from below reply this company lies!!! I sent 7 emails one was replied to saying I could cancel. One was replied the day I said I was contacting the BBB and sent from a different email. AT NO TIME was I told the item was out of stock. And if the item was sold out when I purchased it why did it not say sold out!!?? My refund is now being processed and never again will I purchase from these scammers.
