Unfortunately, my experience after purchasing the car has been extremely disappointing.

When I collected the Tesla, ownership had not been transferred to me in the Tesla app. This meant I was unable to use the Tesla Supercharger network, as Tesla requires the previous owner to remove the vehicle from their account before the new owner can add it. I was never informed this would be an issue.

I made it very clear to Luke before purchasing that I would be commuting to and from London for work Monday to Friday, so having access to reliable charging was essential. I also specifically asked whether this older Model S was compatible with the newer Tesla chargers, and Luke assured me it was and that they would provide the required adaptor.

In my opinion, transferring ownership in the Tesla app should be a standard part of the handover process, especially as they knew I was collecting the vehicle a week in advance. If this couldn’t be completed beforehand, it should at least have been explained so I could have delayed collecting the car or kept my previous vehicle until everything was sorted.

Instead, I set off to work on Monday morning only to discover I couldn’t use the Tesla charging network at all. I’ve been forced to rely on slower public chargers, many of which are difficult to find and unavailable at motorway services. The car’s navigation has been particularly frustrating because it directs me to Tesla Superchargers that I simply can’t use.

As a result, my entire week has been turned upside down. I’ve spent over four hours at a time waiting for slow chargers just to get enough charge to reach my next destination. It’s wasted a huge amount of my time and caused unnecessary stress.

To make matters worse, I have since discovered the car isn’t compatible with newer CCS chargers without a paid retrofit from Tesla, meaning I now have to arrange and pay for that myself. I also contacted Luke about the adaptor he had promised, but he never replied.

The car itself is great, but the handover, communication, and after-sales support have been extremely disappointing. Had I known about these issues in advance, I would have kept my previous vehicle for another week rather than being left in this situation.

Che was brilliant from start to finish, sent me a detailed video of the vehicle as I live quite far away, I came over to test drive and took me through all the details, answered every question I had promptly and in detail and alleviated a few concerns I had. Che was also brilliant holding the car for a few weeks while I was waiting for an insurance payout. The car was delivered in very good time and was a perfect handover.

I couldn't recommend this company more, if you live far away don't let that stop you, they've been brilliant.

Collected my new car yesterday up to now no problems ,no pushy sales nice relaxed experience with Luke, I did originally recieve a video of the car by a different salesman's but dealt with luke afterwards when I went to view and test drive the car,Luke showed me parts of the car the video didnt show but explained they would be sorted before I collected the car which he did , just waiting for a part to be sent out to me as I didnt want to change my collection date as it didnt turn up in time (nothing major) but nice to have them sorted as some places wouldn't have offered this for wear and tear for the age of the vehicle , thanks again il update this review to 5 stars once I recieve the part to show how well customer service is
