Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We’re really sorry to hear you’ve had a negative experience and that your daughter didn’t receive a response. We completely understand how disappointing that must have been.

As a small charity, we receive a very high number of applications each year and, sadly, don’t have the capacity to respond to everyone individually. We always aim to improve communication where we can.

Regarding costs, we recognise the financial challenges many families face. The family contribution covers only part of the full cost of training, care, and long-term support for each dog. We work hard to keep this contribution as low as possible and offer guidance to help families with fundraising if they choose to move forward.

We truly value your feedback and wish your daughter all the very best for the future.
