Great resources

This is one of the few platforms that actually makes information clear and easy to follow. As someone who works with autistic kids, your programs are well structured, the guidance is practical, and the whole experience feels supportive rather than overwhelming. You focus on real progress and give people tools they can actually use. It is obvious that a lot of thought goes into the content and the way it is presented. This is a solid resource for anyone looking to better understand autism or find helpful strategies. Keep up the good work.

Accessible and free resources

I was struggling to find a simple and accessible website to download some pec cards. This website is quick and easy to use. I received my free resources almost immediately.

Should be Listed as a SCAM Company

Scam!
Similar complaint about the company by most people here!
This company should be labelled as a scam company onTrustPilot!
Avoid, Avoid, AVOID!!!!
…and yes they emailed like they wanted to resolve issues but ghosted thereafter!

We’re sorry for your experience. It seems you raised a concern that you actually 'never subscribed' to the account in the first place. This was on 8th September.

On 10th September, as a matter of due diligence, our support team sent your request to our internal Fraud detection team to detect any suspicious activity that may have caused this. As part of this process we normally notify your bank to check if the transaction was legit.

However, on 11th September, we got notified by your bank that you already raised a Fraudulent dispute. Since it was already escalated to your bank, we abandoned the investigation at our end and REFUNDED the money directly back to your bank.

I can see from our end that the bank did receive the funds on 17th September to their triage account and that the money was ALREADY refunded to your account around the 8th to 10th of October. I wish it was sooner, but typically for disputes banks take a long time at their end - its their process.

I understand your frustration, but please note that we did everything right here. Only other thing we should have done is more promptly let you know that we were already investing it internally. We will work to make the process better.

I hope this serves as a satisfactory explanation - please understand we are not out there to 'Scam' you. I sincerely hope you'd reconsider your rating. If there's anything else you need, kindly don’t hesitate to ask.

We apologize for the poor experience you had.

Horrible customer service

Eventhough, I cancel my membership with them before the end of 7 days trial but they charged me £52.
I am trying to contact them and cancel my membership and get refund but they are not responding at all nor per email or in thier app.
No one respond in thier chat OT only reboot and they keep telling someone is going to respond but noone respond and you can't cancel it from the app

No you didn't.. thats not accurate. You subscribed at 9:30am EST on 6th October for Trial. You were charged at 9:30am EST on 13th of October, just after your 7 days trial. You raised a ticket to cancel the subscription for the First time later that day on 13th October...

Your ticket "I would like to cancel my membership and get refund". It clearly implies that you didn't request cancellation before you were charged.
Also, the chatbot immediately replied sharing a link for you to cancel immediately with just 2 clicks. You can cancel from within the app.

Scam alert (and other reviews likely fake)

Shameful - Scam Company
SHAME on Autism 360 for preying on families with children with special needs, like we do not have enough to deal with as it is. Shameful.

It's a scam company, I signed up for their newsletter then saw it was not useful for me and wanted to unsubscribe - there is no way of doing that! They keep charging me each month, the phone number is not a real number and they do not respond to emails.
Given that, I do not trust these other good reviews, no way they are genuine. A proper company would have a working phone number and would reply to emails. It's been months that I contact them with no answer. I have to call my credit card company each month to undo the payment. It's a huge pain.

Hi Lema - hundreds of these reviews are genuine - Trustpilot have very smart algos to detect fake reviews.

Sorry to hear about your experience but most of our products are free. Never in the history of the company have we charged for newsletters. The only subscription product we have is our Autism 360 app which is a market leader in this segment with tens of thousands of downloads each month.
So it seems you were not clear of what you signed up for, even though every page very clearly mentions the price and whether its subscription or not.
Also there is no Phone support for App subscribers (if thats what you're referring to). All support requests received through the App (or via the Contact Us page) on our website are resolved in 2 business days. So please share where you have requested support and we will be glad to refund.
