Incorrect product description
I’m very disappointed with my experience.
I purchased the Like No Other Glue Balm because the website clearly stated that the product was 20g. However, I received only 10g.
I contacted the company to explain the issue and was told that the 20g information on their website was an error. Despite acknowledging that the website was incorrectly advertised, they have refused to send the additional 10g that I paid for.
Under Section 11 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied by description must match that description. The fact that the incorrect information was a website error does not change the fact that I purchased the product based on the 20g description.
I would have expected the company to resolve this fairly, particularly after acknowledging their mistake. Unfortunately, their refusal to do so has left me feeling that they have not taken responsibility for the error.
I cannot recommend a company that advertises a product incorrectly and then expects the customer to bear the consequences of its mistake.

What your review leaves out is that we offered you a return label several times. You declined each time and insisted that we send you a second balm instead.
Rather than promptly returning the product, you chose to keep it for use in your salon and post a review attacking us. Funny how none of that made it into your account.
And since you have chosen to cite the Consumer Rights Act 2015: you ordered the product for your salon. This was a business purchase, so you are not a “consumer” for the purposes of the provision you cited. We suspect you know that.

Ich bin super zufrieden mit Aura Monaco. Bei zwei Wimpernklebern lag leider ein Problem vor: Beide verklebten nach zwei Wochen so stark, dass sie sich nicht mehr öffnen ließen. Der Kundenservice hat jedoch absolut vorbildlich reagiert und mir direkt kostenlos zwei neue Leime zugeschickt. Fehler können passieren – der Umgang damit war top. Ich bestelle definitiv wieder!

Ich habe das Starter Kit für das Korean…
Ich habe das Starter Kit für das Korean Lashlifting geholt mit online Schulung und Zertifikat und ich bin mehr als zufrieden. Die Schulung war sehr lehrreich und jetzt weiß ich nicht nur wie ich die Produkte benutze sondern auch die Hintergründe. Wie so ein lashlifting eigentlich entsteht und was in den Produkten enthalten ist. Ich empfehle es jeden.

Glad I took the online Korean lashlift…
Glad I took the online Korean lashlift course. I do have experience in the normal lashlift. If I didn’t have any background in the normal lashlift, the course would be a little bit more difficult to follow. So that might be something to keep in mind. The service is great. They respond very quickly and give feedback on your results as well. Very happy with the products, I do need to practice a bit more. But definitely recommend!

I love this product
I love this product! The education and guidance they provide on proper usage is also very helpful.My only concern is that the product seems to run out fairly quickly, and the tubes sometimes appear not to be fully filled upon delivery. Other than that, I truly love the results this product delivers.

I’m extremely happy with the Korean Lash Lift course I completed with AURA Monaco. The training is very professional, detailed and clearly explained. There is so much valuable information included, and I really like that you also have to complete tests throughout the course. It makes the training feel very thorough and ensures that you really understand everything before moving forward.
I’m also absolutely in love with the products. They work perfectly, are easy to use and the results are amazing. The quality is excellent, and I’m very happy with how beautifully the lashes turn out.

BEST GLUE & HEAD LAMP EVER !
My UV lash retension approved so much since I use they original purple bottled UV glue. Clients can open up they eyes straight away , no stickiness, I currently lash at least 4 clients with serious allergy reactions. With this glue they have no issues at all. Game changer. Now I use they head lamp that make everything soo easy. I just love it. Worth the money. What you pay is what you get.
Tried many diffrent branded UV lash glue. This is the best !!!!
