I thought this was a fast fit centre ????
The tyres have arrived but you can't fit them until the following day & by appointment ?
not good for your business, hence, why our company doesn't use you.
such a shame as your so local, we drive passed every day and you never look busy ?? I wonder why ?

Went in for a re-gas on my aircon, fantastic from start to finish. Mat was especially helpful, friendly and lovely.

Cars now blowing freezing air as it should be. Can't recommend enough!

Guys were really friendly and helpful. In and out in less than an hour.

I placed an order online for two tyres. I paid for my order along with 4 wheel alignment and chose a slot for the following Saturday to have them fitted. I received an email to confirm that the order had been placed, followed by another email to say my order had been accepted and confirmed.
The next day I received a phone call from the branch to say that the tyres were not in stock (even though they had accepted my order and took the money for it). They said that they could offer me a similar tyre. I asked what tyres these were and they gave me the name of them. I asked what the ratings of these tyres were and at first he said he did not know. I said that I cannot accept them unless I know what rating these were. He reluctantly went away and came back to say what the ratings were. I had ordered tyres with an A rated grip and they offered one which was D rated, much lower than what I had ordered. I asked if these were cheaper but they said that they were the same price. Why would I pay the same price for a lower quality tyre!!! They then went on to say that I had booked a slot for a Saturday and they were not open on Saturdays!!! They offered me a refund which I accepted and received about a week later.
After the call I checked their terms and conditions and they say if they can't provide the tyres you ordered they will offer you tyres of the same standard and if they don't have any of the same standard they will offer you a higher standard and they will cover the cost. This was not offered. I emailed them to complain and ask why this had happened. I was offered a lower rated tyre for the same price and not a better rated tyre for the same price. I would have been happy with any tyre that was rated the same as I had purchased. I also included in my email that that I could still purchase the same tyres and have them fitted on a Saturday. I asked why they were still taking money for tyres they knew that they could not supply or fit on the day I had chosen. I have not had any response from them. I emailed them on 5th January 2024. At the time of writing this review (3rd February 2024) I have still not had any response despite chasing them several times and copying in their chief executive. Their customer service is appalling. I would not recommend this company at all.

Update - 13/12/24: It is almost the end of the year and I've still not heard anything about my complaint. Proof that you should steer clear of this company.

I have used this branch many times and on every occasion I have found the staff to be very engaging, knowledgeable and take time to explain what work is required and give a breakdown of the pricing. The quality of workmanship is always excellent.

Received my van day and this is the 3rd alternator put on in which now the have told me that if any more problems with alternator that they are refusing to repair all because of myself putting on previous review as the truth hurts so members of the public if you read this before you use ATS stirchley pershore rd ,I advise you personally do not use because they use bully tatics and intimidation for the reason they refusing my warranty rights because I stood up against them and they have no professional customer skills ,i also received my van back with an extra crack I windscreen but not to worry as I've taken photos and also recorded the last visit as I have prof of his customer skills and my manager of my works knows everything and she's not happy because for every day of work I lost because of there negligence has cost my company approximately 1000 a day for loss of my services but enterprise hire company is loving it because I've had to use hired vehicle in the meantime of the van being repaired 3 times when it should of be done properly first time around,use them that you need 2 things before had ,1=god,2rac ,Don't use them because someone will die

Beware, ATS Stirchley tried to charge me £600 for a new exhaust. Took it somewhere else for 2nd opinion and they showed me the exhaust was fine but it wasn't sitting on its bracket correctly. New exhaust not needed and 20 sec fix. I wrote to their complaints department and got this back.
"The area manager had advised that he has spoken to the branch who advised that when the vehicle came, it was inspected and explained that it sounded like the baffles had gone & had a broken bracket however due to their restrictions they couldn't repair the bracket as they don't do welding on vehicles only replacement and advise that the correct process was followed."

I bought my mothers car to ATS Stirchley for a service and tracking. The car was done quickly and efficiently despite only having 2 people working that evening. was very happy with the service I was given. Deputy manager was very friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely go back there.

Helpful, friendly staff. Good and honest advice. Thorough and accurate inspection.

I attended for an air conditioning recharge at the Stirchley branch and was told on arrival that their air conditioning machine wasn't working. I complained to ATS customer services, telling them I had had received a text reminder prior the appointment, had to rearrange work and arrange for my daughters to be picked up from school. I got a reply two weeks later telling me that I could request a refund or rearrange at another branch. No acknowledgement of the inconvenience and no apology

Very welcoming from the start from the lads.
Explained what my vehicle required and explained the safety of having the parts changed.
Definitely will return in the future.

Booked March 1 and keep claiming tyres not delivered yet. Fitting delayed 1 day and not friendly conversation.
An long scratch found on near side wheel arch, so disappointing. My car just finished professional detailing one week ago.
Their online chat service is a joke and never get connected with their staff
