ATS Euromaster - Harlow Anmeldelser 

Incredibly rude staff that ended up putting the phone down on me mid-flight. They broke 2 of my wheel centers and told me it was down to me to replace them, and then proceeded to tell me it was down to me to scrub my 4 x brand new white lettering tyres (jut shy of £1000) to get them back to white from their current incorrect blue.
WARNING - Do NOT use this company... VERY rude and unprofessional.

The poor tyre fitter was on his own but couldn’t be more obliging and helpful.

I had booked the job and it was carried out on time.
The guy who booked it in when I arrived was friendly and explained the procedure well.

Had to leave a review because I was so pleased with the service, same day appointments available to start with! took my car there to have my tyres checked before a long drive, they were super helpful (even bringing my two young children with me!) we happily waited in the waiting room whilst the car was being checked. I had to have a part ordered from my manufacturer and they kindly liaised on the phone to help me order it. Once that arrived they booked me back in around a time that worked for me and my kids, all done very promptly and professionally! Everyone was very nice and especially the gentleman on reception, always happy to help and went out of his way! Would 100% recommend and will definitely be going there again!
