Paul and the team at ATS Telford Road, Colchester have always given me a super service and have been my go to place for tyres and other servicing for years.
I am gutted for them that you are closing down. A good team

The members of staff were very polite. treating all members of public attending. Pricing has always been clear and the customers very happy

Incredibly rude and poor service
Incredibly rude and poor service. Made to feel like an inconvenience.
They didn’t balance my tyres correctly so I went back to have them redone and I was advised there were several weights missing.
The rude and ill tempered chap at the desk then said my driving caused the wheel weights to come off, when anyone with a moderate grasp of an understanding of physics knows this is impossible and a spinning wheel pushes weight outwards!
I won’t be returning and I will also recommend anyone I know avoids this place. If the guy hates his job that much he should simply go and get another one.
Shocking.

Visited there to have tyre pressure checked as warning light on car. Tyres accurately inflated. Extremely helpful and and was given very helpful advice. Friendly and courteous at all times. Would definitely recommend.
