ATS Euromaster - Bristol Anmeldelser 

Initially very helpful. Told me wheel nuts had been cross threaded and would need replacing immediately. Second garage said it looked as if wheel nuts had been damaged by ATS mechanic. Cost of repair estimated at £800+.

Friendly, quick and to the point. Good advise given!

1)Banning cash payment is discriminatory.
2) flooding with emails and car reports i didnt ask for is annoying
3) Charging for a top up before realising unit doesn't work is wrong
4) taking all my details and vehicle details i didn't require or ask for is wrong
5)giving my details to trustpilot is wrong

Booked in and took my car into ATS Euromaster service centre Bristol on the 9th June 23 for an air conditioning regas. The air-con was working on arrival and 2 hours later the mechanic told me their machine had removed the gas which was allowing the air-con to work but it then the machine refused to refill it. His only advice was to take my car to a different company. I drove away with no air conditioning on the hottest days in June in excess of 30 degrees C. Having to suffer on long drives for over 2 weeks before I was able to have it restored to working by a professional and reputable company they refilled it without any issue and could not understand why ATS could not do it.
I raised a complaint with ATS customer services and 7 days later the reply was as follows.
‘Unfortunately our centres do not specialise in air-cons and are therefore unable to diagnose any underlying faults. In this case we can only suggest that you take the vehicle to an air-con specialist for them to diagnose the issue’. Basically, stating we don’t care take it to someone else who does. Be warned!
Although their website states ‘The simplest and most effective way to recharge your car's air conditioning is to take it to a professional at ATS, we offer van and car AC recharge services in 250 centres across the UK. Our trusted technicians will be able to tell you what refrigerant gas your vehicle needs and restore your air-con to optimum performance levels’. There are no warnings that they could actually break your air-con.
Not happy with the first customer services response and to give them another chance to resolve this amicably I wrote to their CEO which was never replied to.
I raised a case through Resolver but again no reply to it in 20 days until it was escalated by Resolver. The reply then just referred me back to the original reply again saying that they are not experts.
ATS advertise a service which then added a fault to my car with no care or concern for my situation. Their customer service up to the highest levels are dismissive and will not take ownership of the failings in their company to address and rectify issues caused by them.
This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with for actually delivering a bought service or aftercare. I do not recommend using ATS Euromaster. I hope this review helps others avoid a similar situation.

Helpful staff and clean waiting area with usb charging points. Free wifi was good but kept disconnecting every 6 minutes requiring going through a registration form each time.

My experience was at the Gloucester road, Bristol branch. My car had misfired. Steve and Richard were absolutely brilliant. They were helpful and professional. Really appreciate it as getting to work would have been a task otherwise.

I recently visited the Bristol branch just by feeder rd, 2 merchants trade park as they were doing the best price , I needed 4 tyres and tracking , the place was imaculate , excellent staff and an excellent job , the price was excellent , I will be yawing Arsenal euro master from now on , I didn’t know they cover most things on your car , many thanks for a top job , mike howard bristol
