ATS Euromaster - Attleborough Anmeldelser 

I had checked my tyre pressure at a local garage and as I took the airline off the electronic pressure monitoring valve broke off leaving me with a flat tyre and no means of reinflating it. Also modern car - no spare. I knew from previous experience that RAC would not be able to fix so would take me to a tyre centre. Not wanting to damage the rim or be dangerous I called them but was quoted 3 hours minimum before arrival. At 2.30 on a wednesday afternoon this would inevitable mean being stranded at a tyre centre which probably be closed by the time we got there and wouldn't have a tyre in stock and so lose most of the following day too. I knew ATS were a couple of hundred yards down the road so I walked down there explained and the two chaps on there could not have been more sympathetic or helpful. They had a tyre and valve, explained that if I drove really really slowly I would not damage the wheel and that if i wanted to wait for the RAC that was fine and they would be there until 5.30. No contest - super helpful and can do versus 'might get to you today'. So I drove very carefully into ATS and they fixed it, balance full tyre check etc within 1/2 hr. Brilliant service and great can-do attitude. Thank you guys.

Big big thank you to the lovely men at ATS Attleborough for sorting out the 'cores' (little pins inside valves of the tyres). I really appreciate you doing this for me today at such short notice. Excellent trustworthy service. Also big thank you to ATS Diss for phoning ahead to see if you could fit me in today where they were unable to do so. So refreshing to get such great service from you all. I will be back in the future because you were all so great today helping me out today.

I paid online for 2 tyres before I went there. I arrived at Attleborough ATS, got my 2 tyres fitted, then found out that they were not the ones I paid for. I was told that the ones I paid for were not in stock (even though the website said they were) and that they had put 2 never heard of tyres on instead. I said that I will review the tyres and get back to them. Once I got home the reviews were fairly negative so i called ATS customer service and the chap I spoke to said that the guy should never have fitted the tyres without first telling me, gave me an email address to write in a complaint etc. I just received a reply from customer service blatantly calling my wife and I liars, saying the guy told us about the tyres not being in stock before they fitted them. ABSOLUTE LIE. If he told me that I would of gone elsewhere to another ATS. Now I am getting no satisfaction from ATS and left with 2 cheap chinese budget tyres instead of the ones I wanted.... legal advice forthcoming....20/06/2023

Late opening, no parts pre-ordered, in spite of online booking the previous week, quote "all day" to change oil and filter, and check front brakes, told "short-staffed", expected more from a major franchise...
