Booked an appointment at ATS Aberdeen. The service was good will definitely use them again

Absolutely horrendous experience of having our mobile tyre fitment. We purchased our tyres online last week and booked in to have them fitted on Monday at our house. I received a text stating that the tyres were running late and they rescheduled the appointment for Thursday, I waited in all day on Thursday with no contact from ATS. I called around 4pm and was told that the tyres hadn't arrived and that they would hopefully arrive on Friday, but I would be contacted either way. I waited all morning on Friday with no contact. I called again and was told that the tyres had arrived and would be fitted between 2 and 3pm. I waited until around 4pm with no sign and no contact. I contacted ATS again and was told that there was an issue and that they couldn't fit my tyres. I expressed how unhappy I was and eventually was told that they would be fitted on Saturday. Saturday came and so did ATS. The tyre fitter spend around an hour and a half fitting my tyres, and left without expressing any concern. I got in my car and immediately noticed a horrendous vibration. I contacted ATS to advise that my wheels felt unbalanced when I was then advised that they had an issue with their balancing machine and were unable to do so. They told me that they were now closed for the day and could do anything about it until Monday, when I am back to work. I advised that I was going to have them balanced elsewhere and that I expected them to refund the difference. I was told several times that they would not pay for this. After some convincing they eventually agreed to pay for the balancing elsewhere. I would not recommend ATS to anyone. They may be the cheapest for tyres however their customer service is absolutely shocking.

This morning, I had a screw stuck in my tire. Luckily, I was near an ATS. I went in and told them about my problem, and 40 minutes later, the tire was fixed. The guys are very helpful and friendly.

Was seen promptly at prebooked time slot. Waiting area was heated which was abinus as wasnt before. Could benefit from a coffee machine. Apart from that was a great experience.

Staff very efficient and quick with work and pleased with the tyres. Customer experience could be improved with better waiting facilities and tea/coffee machine

Same day tyre repair, excellent service, highly recommend!

All staff were friendly and cooperative. I mentioned an issue with my tyres which turned out to be the alignment which was duly checked and then duly fixed.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, and work on the car was completed promptly. No long wait for me and good value for money. It's my go to place when I have issues with my car, and it will continue to be so.

Brought my vehicle in for a front and rear alignment and was charged for both services. However, after reviewing the alignment report, I noticed that the rear alignment was not carried out because the bolts could not be loosened.

When I picked up the car, I was told that everything was fine, so I was surprised to find this note on the report. Since the rear alignment was not completed, I’d appreciate clarification on the charge and would like to discuss either having the service completed or adjusting the bill accordingly.

Please let me know how we can resolve this.
