Poor hair transplant results. I did hair transplant in 2022 at Atarix hair clinic, and the outcome is just wastage of time and money. I lost my hair even more then before.

I have done my hair transplant here in Atraxia. The results were great and im happy about my new hairline now. I included mustache and sideburns so it took me 2 sessions overall. All are good and very satisfied. Couldnt ask for more.

Посещала дважды эту клинику и хочу вас предупредить о том ,что в этой клиники нет постоянных стоматологов, клиника передвигается с одного места на другое,в 2024 году клиника ATRAXIA
находилась вместе с клиникой ATOM CLINIC и именно на первом моем везите назначали лечения 2 клиники ,о чём они умолчали,на втором визите доктор который меня протезировал испортился клиника переехала в медецинский центр ATRAXIA, и об этом меня тоже не предупредили.Я выяснила ,что управляющий стомотологией ATRAXIA не имеет высшего медицинского образования и врачей постоянно арендует,самое главное хочу отметить,что у меня стояли уже имплпнты когда я обратилась в эту клинику и импланты были на фиксации - эта не до клиника умудрилась поломать мои абатменты на моих имплантах и поставили мне металлические штифы и посадили на клей+ жевательные коронки оставили без фрисюр и я плохо ппрежовываю пищу+ коронки установили в шахматном порядке то есть одна выше другая ниже и у меня в течении 2 лет болят зубы под коронками и постоянно собираются бактерии, на втором визите я конечно поняла,что мне никто ничего переделывать не будет,клиника врала,придумывали разные версии и в итоге у меня сейчас большие проблемы с коронками,на днях одна просто слетела с имланта.Люди стомотологическую клинику ATRAXIA нужно закрыть и докторов лишить медицинского статуса .Там врут все начиная от консультантов ,заканчивая врачами.Гарантии и все документы которые выдаёт эта клиника не действуют,я у них везде заблокирована так как я постоянно писала и требовала пересмотреть их работу и в итоге они меня везде заблокировали ,а в переписке в ватцапе вёл со мной переписку человек X он не называл своего имени и устроил шантаж требуя, чтобы я убрала в гугле комментарий и тогда они мне вернут за один мост испорченный деньги.Я оставлю свой номер телефона, мне есть что вам рассказать пишите и звоните, как это делают другие и обходить эту клинику стороной - это самые настоящие аферисты,мило улыбаются вам ,заднем насчитали вам сумму и назначают лечение которое вам совершенно не нужно,депульпируют и вырывают здоровые зубы.

Не ТРАТЬЕ свои нервы,аремя и деньги,в Стамбуле есть хорошие клиники,но их очень мало.

This company have no quality. The staff performed the transplant procedure doesn't seemed qualified. The both girls were busy talking about their boyfriends or god knows what while transplanting and the focus was not on work. One was just putting the graft in the punched hole and the other was putting it in and pressing in with the finger. So who was correct in there, I have no idea. It's 3 months now from the time of surgery and the results is zero to 10% I would say, plus all this while there were no after surgery follow up or care. During the transplant one of the staff had lots of graft on her hand gloves to transplant but the doctor gave her another task and she threw away those graft with her gloves and went. 500-1000 graft would have been wasted. The graft punched from the back of the head to be transplanted was not fully taken off as some punched hair were still coming off after 2 months while scratching my donor area. They made the donor area so empty and no results on the transplanted area.
This company is a total failure. They don't have qualified at all. I would suggest people to refrain yourself from choosing these guys. In 2022 I did in India and their results were way much better but they also didn't had after treatment care which they promised before the treatment and didn't give after treatment. These guys are sweet talkers but no results.

If you have a deposit and something happens, this company would not give it back to you. It does not lay well with the actual company itself when they will not give you a refund when they told you they would. I gave them three months notice to good different circumstances And they keep putting it off saying at the end of the month we will see disgusted with that company

Would recommend you to save yourself & avoid wasting time in life here. They will smile in your face but they are just a bunch of people smiling for your money. I did a procedure here with the clinic after flying in they welcomed me all smiles. And asked for a review when I left.. after 6 days my procedure failed they will delay responses to you. Your best wish is that the procedure is perfect cos they don’t speak English in surgery room also they will definitely NOT refund or HELP you fix any issues they are actually bad heart/bad seed people they seem to think they are doing you a favour by responding to your messages/problem after the procedure very small minded and local people as representatives who have no business or international mind at all you are better off paying in your own country you can always get a refund. Now I see why people don’t advise going here for treatment honestly in so much pain after monthsss

I am a German citizen,

I have been to this clinic twice, had dental implants and prosthetics. My overall impression was negative, with the exception of some of the clinic staff (the prosthetist, the translator Nailya).
Everything would be fine if they did not deceive, but they deceive at every step.
Those who contact them should carefully read the contracts and money.
They treated me simply inhumanely, deceiving me at least 5 times.
So,
- the hotel "Park Inn by Radisson Istanbul", which they offer supposedly for free, does not have opening windows.
In October 2023, in a 2-bed room (8 sq.m.) it was 30 * C, I asked to change the room, but I had to go to the hotel opposite (IBIS) for 70 euros / night.
- one implant did not take root, because the surgeon did not screw it into the bone properly (there is an X-ray).
- the second time I came myself and asked Hamza for a term, I was accepted, I paid 2000 euros, but they refused to take me to the hotel (up to 5 km).
- Hamza included 4 days of accommodation in a hotel in the cost of my trip, where I did not live.
- they planned to put 12 crowns on 6 implants, but one implant did not take root and they "put" 11 on me. After the installation, I counted only 10.
- they refused to transfer me to the airport, I paid 60 euros myself.
- I told them to give me an abutment for the implant they put in, but they sold it to me for 50 euros.
- the young tall manager was very unfriendly, rude, despite the fact that I was old enough to be his father.
I repeatedly proved to them that they "cheated" me for at least 400 euros, but without an answer.
In addition, consultant Mansur, when I asked to count the number of crowns in my mouth on an x-ray, started swearing at me. Later, some unknown person called me, saying that he was Mansur's brother, and began to threaten me with violence.
Today, more than 4 months have passed since they changed my implant and I am not sure that it took root. I wrote to Mansur that I constantly have pain in this place, but I still have not received an answer.
I categorically do not recommend contacting this clinic for implantation and prosthetics. I think that most of the "positive" reviews were written by them themselves.
The main thing in this clinic is to take money from you on the first day, and then do whatever you want.
Please note that they do not give you any contracts with all the obligations and it will be very difficult for you to prove it.
I did not write this complaint for a long time, I thought that they would return the money and apologize, but so far, no answer, not a hello.
And also, check the bill they present to you, in many cases they include a "free" hotel in the price of implants and crowns.
Do not go to them, because in Turkey there are many other companies with real experience, and with lower prices.

P.S.
For me
- "Medigma" implants cost 450 Euro/piece, for others up to 350 Euro,
- sinus lift for 500 Euro per side, for others 350 Euro,
- zirconium crowns for 180 Euro, for others 150-160 Euro.

Atraxia is an expensive and dishonest MOUSETRAP.

Обходите стороной эту клинику!!!! В июле 2024 установили 25 коронок из металлокерамики, а заплпатили за цирконий!!!
Деньги не возвращают!!! Работа ужасная, зубы несмыкаются, а сейчас еще судом меня пугают!?? Мой друг также сделал в январе 2024 года коронки в этой "клинике", но уже через месяц было три скола на зубах!!!!
Обманщики, угрожают и запугивают!!!

I am writing one week after my surgery. I got good information before the operation and how the procedure is in the Clinic. I received and honest information before start of the surgery.
There were a team of 4 all the time during the surgery and some would come and check from time to time.

I would have been happy if I could have gotten more detailed information about the day of the surgery. I didn't eat breakfast and they served a juice and a cake which was good but not sufficient for the whole surgery duration. We didn't have lunch break and the total surgery duration was approximately 7 hours. My blood sugar went down which in turn made some uncomfortableness during the process.

Overall, as of now I am greatfull for their services and I will write when I get result after 8 months 🙂. Thank you Samia and the team.

Dr's Aleyna and Dr Mashoun are wonderful they take excellent care of you the tasty meals are great when its break time I had my hair transplant there they used anesthesia it was a little painful but the end result was outstanding thank you guys my baldness days are long gone😊

I have done my transplant there on June 11 ,I am satisfied.Mr Dawood helped me through out the process.the important thing is, he was honest whatever he explained to me. Recommend to everyone

My experience at Ataxia was good. Maya maintained good communication always, and post-surgery, she has been taking good care of me, and has solved all my doubts.
