Excellent service and customer care
I contacted ATE Fabrications & Welding regarding a brake pedal security system for my Toyota Hilux. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the exact system that was suitable for my particular Hilux, but rather than simply saying they couldn’t help, they bent over backwards to try and find a solution.
They took the time to understand what I needed, looked at possible alternatives and genuinely made every effort to resolve the issue. That level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare these days.
Although we ultimately couldn’t find the exact product I was looking for, I was really impressed with their attitude, professionalism and willingness to help.
Would definitely recommend ATE Fabrications & Welding — great company and excellent customer service.

ATE Fabrications were very helpful and quick to arrange a replacement pedal lock for me. Communication was clear and friendly, and I appreciated their advice on layered security. Highly recommended.

Great service, I bought a pedal box today and Ashton sorted it for me, great service and great product

Purchased a pedal lock for our campervan and I’m very impressed in its design and workmanship. Once you get the hang of fitting it you can see that it has been well thought out. There is a demonstration video on their website which is very clear. Highly recommended for that extra peace of mind and another obstacle for would be thieves.

Just purchased a pedal lock plate for my Motorhome. Bought direct from the company website. Very fast shipping. Nice informative emails. Quality product. Would buy again. ML in Otley

Saw a recommendation for this company on the Chausson Owners Group Facebook page. Prompt service, great aftersales, couldn't ask for more
