I paid for an assignment and I received a 90% plagarised essay that had been copied word for word from a website that I found. They didn’t even bother with my essay. When I asked for a refund, they asked for evidence which I then provided. They have not gotten back to me since because they’re trying to avoid refunding me. Stay away, they are fraudsters who also write fake reviews for their own website. Complete waste of money and shocking customer service once you ask for a half-refund. I will take further action.

If I don’t receive my refund (which I asked for two weeks ago), I will take this further and report everything to the relevant organisations.

So far nothing looking good, paid for 10 days deadline. No response from them at all nobody reply messages on online chat or email, really disappointed about them. I will be asking for the refund. Avoid

Frauds! Do not trust them! I paid a lot for a 4000 words essay. What they delivered was some nonsense! I was shocked by the poor quality of their service! They offered revision and the result was the same! I asked for a refund and then they started playing around. On the live chat, I was explained that in order to be refunded they wanted proof that I have failed! Can you believe that??? I did not use their work and they can easily check that! Instead, I did the work myself. Why would you wait to fail so they can refund you? This is not at all what they say on their website. They "guarantee" your money back if you are not satisfied, but ones you pay the game changes. Every time we talk about a refund they come up with a different process. They blocked me on the live chat and they do not pick up their phone. I am going to take the case to a solicitor. DO NOT USE THEM! FRAUDS!

I just literally paid for a quote to be told the transaction was declined. I have verified the money left my account!I have emailed them and am waiting for an urgent response. For some reason the live chat function does not work on their website.

I’ll be reporting them to the financial ombudsman if I do not recieve a response or refund.

I would prefer if you would return my money . Your chat function doesn’t work on your website.Funny how you don’t call to resolve issues! Is it only when it’s in the public eye you comment or respond? I have asked your support team 3 times to cancel the transaction but I’m being ignored. I’m sure it won’t be hard to track my transaction unless you receive a high volume of fraud accusations??

UNFORTUNATELY, there is no ZERO STAR choice.
They were not delivered the work on time, they are not responding to emails or calls, and after me chasing them for 15 days, they are refusing to give a refund, which is against their policy.
STAY AWAY!!

Your support team via emails, phone and live chat replied me back with the most unprofessional way, none know anything and refuse a refund. AT THE END THEY BLOCKED ME FROM THE LIVE CHAT!!
As they don't have any reason, to not give my money back, I already reported everything to the relevant organisations. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!

it was a extremely bad experience. The quality of a simple assignment was extremely poor. The revisions were even worst. Anytime i addressed an issues someone with no clue at all would reply something that had no sense at all. It looks that they are a bunch of "yahoo's". Beside total lack of education, non professionalism and no knowledge they are very rude as well. Stay away, they write reviews for them self. they are scammers!!!!!

the worst company ever. no one takes my work. before I placed an order, one of their colleagues said they can do my assignment, after I placed the order I waited for 4 hours and they asked me to pay more for senior writer due to the urgency that i have. now its been 24 hours no one takes my work. so dissapointed.

I’d give them a zero if I could. They failed at least four assignments. The work they give isn’t college material. They had a hard time understanding my professors directions and grading rubric. Any time I tried messaging them they always ignored my messages. I wasn’t able to hand in most of the work they gave on time. They didn’t even allow for enough time to find another company to do it. The work was sloppy and not at all what the directions asked for.

My homework document was edited so thoroughly and the editor worked on the formatting correctly. Editing works were 1st class but the suggestions from the editor assisted me a lot of making the book consistent with the tone that I intended. Highly recommended to assignmentmasters!

Hi guys,
I had recently order an two assignment to be completed and both had been marked as fail. Never rely on what they say. I even paid extra 50 pound for both for brushing up the work by professional. Paid 409 pound and other 91 pound. Both has been marked as red and got a warning from my tutor. At the end when I filed both claim for refund they said it has to be done within 3 days which was not possible since the marking takes at least 2 weeks to decide.

To sum up, dont waste you hard money on this website. Rather request for extension even though the marks will be deduction for late submission but at the end it will be worth it.
