Hello, I have serious problem with AsiaConnect that is ongoing for very long time. I cant withdraw my funds for mounts and mounts! Im their customer for about a year now, and the first few withdrawals went though normally. But just the first maybe 2/3. After that there was ton of problems with my request. I had to verify my account couple of times, my profile was investigated for my betting activity twice, they said my bank was the problem, they had “technical” problems couple of times! I cooperate every time in very short span of time to make the process easier. I tried to contact them via their chatbot (very useless) email and even a found a few phone numbers that were linked to them but actually a guy that answered said they handle only customers from Asia and hung up on me every time! Does anyone here has a similar problem with them and what is the best way to handle this huge problem, because when they hold my money I cant work with them!!! Thanks to any response!

Hello, I need help resolving a dispute with AsiaConnect. On March 8, 2026, I registered with this bookmaker, completed full verification, and deposited €8,608. I paid it with cryptocurrency at USDT. After placing several bets, I noticed that my verification status had changed to "not verified." I tried to withdraw part of the amount, but the withdrawal was rejected. Support explained that I needed additional verification. I immediately provided all the documents upon request, and they scheduled a video conference. I hired an interpreter, and we completed the video conference. However, four months later, my status still hasn't changed to verified. Support says verification is ongoing, but they don't say anything about the timeframe or explain anything. Currently, I have €8,067 in my account that I can't withdraw. I ask you to intervene in this situation; this strongly suggests fraudulent activity on their part.

I'm having the same issue with the lengthy verification process. I already went through the verification about a year ago. Nothing's changed, but they decided to do another one. I sent all the necessary documents, two weeks have already passed and they are still reviewing them. Very strange behavior.

I will write every day on all platforms about the company PS3838 and its boss, AC66. I've been betting for over 10 years now, and I've never encountered scammers like PS3838 in my entire life. I played for a month and won a tiny amount of money, and then they started checking my account. Video verification. They asked for all the documents. I provided everything, and after the video verification, I've been waiting for almost a month. And the verification process has been going on for two months now.

PS3838 Are the people who work there normal? I live in Ukraine, and there's a war going on in my country. Plus, my mother is sick, and I need money urgently. But these beasts don't care. Funds withheld for near 2 years – no resolution, no timeline

I have had an extremely negative experience with Asianconnect.

My account has been under “review” for neae 2 years, and during this entire time my funds (approximately 14.000) have been inaccessible.

What makes this situation even worse is that I have fully completed all verification requirements requested by their team, including:

* Multiple video verification calls (Skype and WhatsApp)
* Submission of bank documents -- 2 bank
* Full personal identification documents ( id , driving l, passport, all bills el power, whater, ad literaly all)
* Receiving and responding to a physical verification letter with their Code from philipines them send
* Sending multiple selfies holding a paper with their company name and requested dates

Despite fulfilling everything they asked for, my account remains unresolved with no clear explanation, no justification, and no defined timeline.

Big things -- I am not dirthy player, fixer or something similar, there no any specific event problem, mostly my money is deposit.

I can use betting, obviosly just cant withdraw coz need to "verify indetity" wich them for some reason no whant. when i oppen their page my indetity was verified, wich fact is more weird -- latter rhem said need verifiy again and never end

Their support responses are generic and repetitive, stating that the case is still under review, but without any concrete progress or accountability

At this point, this is no longer a normal verification process — it feels like indefinite withholding of funds.

I am sharing this publicly to warn future clients. I am fully prepared to document and publish this entire case, including all communications and evidence, my name , if this situation is not resolved.

I have my name, adress, job, bank acc, family, 46 year, and nothing from this mean to them to verify account

I strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting this company!!!

My account has been under review since March 18.

I have completed full KYC and video verification, but my €10,000 balance remains frozen with no clear explanation or timeline.

It is clear that you have liquidity problems and because of that you ask for more and more documents for verification. Avoid at all cost scam sports book that uses verification as a crutch to steel your deposit will not be able to get verified thus no withdrawals.
