NEXCIA! Got my Nexcia, and it is everything and more. I love the red light with the silicone head, and it is doing wonders for my skin tightness! Also, the OMG tool is so amazing, love the scrubber and gua sha head for my face and neck.

I purchased the $899US Nexcia. i waited 7 months for them to send me a faulty machine. Within 3 weeks of usage the machine began to leak a black oil residue, making noices and over heating. I contacted ashley black, and they refused my warranty.

I ordered 11 items they only sent 7 with no notification items were out of stock. 1 of the items which was the most needed they had no clue when it'd be in stock. They went ahead to send some of the missing items despite my returns request. I paid $500 for items that should cost $349 as they charged me in £'s not $'s so I had to pay to return all the items & pay the taxes on unused items, so no I'm £100 out of pocket. This is a lot to me as am close to pension age can't work for health reasons..
Pease be very careful dealing with this heartless greedy company, you may regret it as I do, they get no Stars from me, but am forced to give 1 against my will tbh.

I used the Nexcia on my elbow (I lean on a desk all day and it begins to really wear on your joints after hours of doing it) and within 3 days of using it my pain was gone for the first time in years. This thing actually worked where the theragun failed me. Highly recommend.

I ordered the blaster and had also paid for the oil.Oil did not come I sent a message never heard back.I used blaster one time and 5 of the little things on it came off like they broke or just crumbled.Just a total waist of my hard earned money.Very disappointed!!

I really would like to give credit to Ashley for her research into fascia blasting as it truly helps. However, I have been more than disappointed in the brittleness of her products as they break readily. I would have the company consider accepting a slightly lower margin for a much better product, perhaps not made in china. Trying to get a refund is nearly impossible with the hoops they force you to jump through. I tell everyone about fascia blasting but I will tell them to find their products elsewhere. There are plenty of options today.

If we’re rating Ashley, forget it. Never received a response to my question. However, love the product and really works with consistency. The problem is you must keep using it. I wish there was something automatic you could use.

Products are too harsh even when used as directed with very light pressure it gave me bruises. I contacted the company 3 weeks ago to return under the 1000 day money back guarantee and have not heard from them. Save your money, it’s a scam

I ordered some devices for more than $600, they said parcel was lost and they are not responsible for the aus post.

Appalling Customer Service. I ordered my products 11.5 weeks ago, and haven’t even received them yet.

I’ve been dismissed and told that it’s the Australia Posts and my problem now because it left their warehouse and there is nothing they can do about it.

I have emailed a few times from about the 6 week mark and sometimes it takes a week to hear back from them.

To add insult to injury, they offered me a 10% discount to appease my frustration. 😂

As far as I can see Australia Post received Parcel Info but may not have even received the parcel.

The company is a joke and maybe even a sham. And from what I’m reading with other reviews I may as well forget my $300 - I won’t get it back and I won’t receive my cheaply made products either.

Don’t bother.. Find a service more reliable, customer focused and timely and save yourself the time and effort with this greedy company.

I’ll be lodging a formal complaint with the ACCC and encouraging others to do the same. They shouldn’t have trading rights here in Australia

Great product - overpriced, but effective. One item was left out of my original order. I contacted customer service and was told 4-8 weeks; it's been 12 and it has not shown up. Another item broke and after completing their ridiculous return process (form, multiple pictures of item on top of form), I cannot get any response to check status. I was contacted and they sent an email that contained a link to original form. No customer service phone number on the site. Buy the knockoff and watch the YouTube videos.

The product literally fell apart in my hands the 1st time I used it. I filed a inquiry on the website as instructed including photos and a description of the problem. That was 2 days ago and I have yet to hear back from anybody.

Disappointed - the customer service is really bad. I ordered so many products - got the small ones and lotions etc but the main ones that I wanted were not delivered. After so many attempts to reach them it was determined that they would resend them and I agreed to pay for new shipping charges. I would be invoiced - that was 2 weeks ago. I have been dealing with this for a month and a half - seriously. Each time I email them I get a "we will get back to you in 48 hours" - what the heck? Really want to like this and the company but so far.....
