Poor customer service and communication
Ordered from their website on 11/03 and expected delivery within 2/3 days. After a week items had still not been sent out but I was told they were due in and I would get them by the end of the week. End of week came and no order, I phoned again and was told they were due in the following Tuesday ! Apparently the website does not track stock in the their warehouse !! I have asked for a refund but am still waiting. Very poor communication and customer service, I would not use them again.

Poor website, unable to buy anything!
I attempted to pay for my items as a new customer but on both tries the 'pay now' button just spins. No progress at all.
Then trying to 'contact us' and send you an email yet again the button is just spinning. Poor website!

Delivery
Purchased 2 fridges and delivery was dumped on kerbside.
Maybe they should highlight on website when purchasing that they are too tight to find a decent delivery company that actually delivers to inside of property so think again before purchasing from this company.

Website not accurate
When ordering, the website suggested delivery within a few working days. After a week, I contacted the supplier (having not had any delivery updates) to be told they don't hold stock and it'd be about 14 days until they'd be ready to deliver. I asked for a cancellation and refund. Two weeks later I've not had a refund or any answer to my email follow-ups. I'd recommend Nisbets instead - same product delivered next day!
Edit to respond to the seller’s reply: the website provides no information about what stock is likely to be held for immediate dispatch and what isn’t, and nothing in the order confirmation gave any indication of the extended wait time. Also, it’s disappointing that it takes a review here to generate a response versus the direct (and private) email communication.

Don't use if needed in a hurry.
I have used this company for a few years but recently their processing & delivery has become quite concerning.
The last two orders I have placed, I have had to chase them up the following week to find out (or more likely remind them to actually process my order) the status of my order.
Its free delivery so I'm not expecting next day delivery but I do expect it to be processed and to be with me within the week (even at busy times of the year).
Last time I will be using them.

We are sorry to hear you have had issues with our delivery service.
All customers have been experiencing the same issue with the website, it appears that our back office wasn't communicating with our email, which has now been resolved.
All orders that are processed, are delivered via APC. They are sent on a 24 hour service, yet we do ask customers to allow up to 48 hours, due to it being a busy period of the year.
