I ordered a vinyl decal over 8 weeks ago. They took my money right away but still haven’t even processed my order.
I’ve ordered two other decals from two other companies and not only have they processed it, they have been delivered. So don’t tell me it’s because of Covid-19!!!!!!
This business is a SCAM and I got took!!!!!!!

This company is a scam.... I reported my credit card for fraud. Do not trust this site

The copper necklace I purchased was much smaller, thinner and not even the same shape from their ad for it. The engraving wasn’t centered on the piece Very disappointing to deal with a company of such low integrity.

My experience with Artfire has never been good. I signed up with them a million years ago, forgot about it, and with recent changes on another site I sell on, decided to re-activate my store. I was on some "Legacy" plan for people that signed up ages ago, and it said "$11.95/monthly", so I thought, "Hey, I'll try that."

I was immediately charged two separate charges for $35.85 each, plus one $5 charge. I was floored to be charged nearly $77 and had no idea what I had even been charged for, so I sent their customer service an e-mail last Wednesday.

Nearly a full week later, I left a comment on their IG asking them to at least acknowldege my e-mail and to tell me what I was charged for, as no one had e-mailed me back. I also asked for my account to be erased entirely, because the whole situation has put me off from ever wanting to try selling there again.

This morning, I have a charge refund of one of the $35.85 charges, but still haven't gotten a response from customer service whatsoever.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost. If you have problems, they don't care, and will not be putting themselves out to help you or even explain anything to you. If this is what they do to everyone, I don't even know how they are still in business at all.

This Company needs to be put out Business for real first of all they are REAL LIARS & don't give your money back at all. If they do they want 1/2 of your money you can dispute good luck with that if you are through PayPal forget it won't work. They will come up a cock of manie lie & say they did NOT! So honestly all these side Companies that are so-called Big names I don't trust them anymore if they lie to you who else do they lie too. These con-artists are making a real Bad, Bad name for themselves when it comes to these Consumers & maybe instead Lying to us just put your money where your mouth is. Meaning if it is broken don't fix it just REFUNDED instead & no questions ask

If I could give this company zero stars I would! Purchased a jersey for my husbands birthday in AUGUST of 2019. Here we are February 2020 and I have yet to receive this jersey.
I’ve contacted the seller averyjones88 MULTIPLE times demanding a refund and have not received a response. I won’t quit until I get my money back. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! They are thieves!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Spent alot of money ordering LSU jerseys for our wedding. About a week after, received a tracking number, but the tracking number that was given is not a good tracking number for any delivery company. I have sent ArtFire numerous emails with no response. I will dispute the charges and try to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!

As if it needs to be said again but this company blows. Takes your money and “ships” your order to a different state. Then suddenly can’t get an answer. Hopefully they can invest in some grammar lessons with all of the money they take from people.

I never received the item I order and never received a refund for the item. There’s no way to contact anyone. TERRIBLE. NEVER ORDER FROM.

DON'T EVER OPEN AN SELLER ACCOUNT WITH THIS SCAMMY WEBSITE

IT DOESN'T ONLY SCAM THE CUSTOMER BUT THE SELLER AS WELL!

I opened a seller account with them and selected the $11 a month option. They billed me $35 for 3 months and another $5, later I found out that they take an additional $5 each month in addition to the $35 dollars you pay quarterly.

After creating a shop and putting some items on I noticed that I had 0 traffic (even on bonanza I got traffic on the 1st day), so I decided to close my account and get refunded.

It was easy to close the account but a refound nop. They won't refund me because I put something on the store for a couple of days. So I asked them if they could refund me the months that I didn't use which is $22 for the remaining 2 months and they can keep the rest.

The answer is no of course and they copy-pasted me they're damn TOU which says screw you dumbass we just legally scammed you with our TOU. Even amazon refunds you for prime for the months you didn't use almost every company does only the scammy ones like ARTFIRE doesn't.

DON'T OPEN A STORE THERE YOU WILL ONLY GET BILLS BUT NO PROFITS.

How about a -10 stars?? Shopping online for Christmas present for my son and this website popped up on Fanatics. Needless to say I trusted it and ordered a jersey over a month ago!! No word, no jersey and of course they got my money. Absolutely disgusting!!

How can I give less than a 1 star review....let me guess the ways....
This is a scam company.

What a joke. Ordered a college jersey and the last name was crooked, spelled wrong and there medium size is extra small. He told me he would re send with larger size (can't wait to see that) a month ago and nothing. Took money and ran.

My purchase was supposed to arrive the week before Christmas and it’s now January 6 and it still has not arrived. Using their tracking number it’s been sitting in Fuzhou, China for 18 days. When I contacted Artfire they simply said it will arrive shortly. My original order was through Fanactics.com which apparently uses Artfire for some of their products. I will make sure to never use Artfire again!!!

My purchase finally arrived January 17, a 5 week delivery time. Unacceptable!!!!

Horrible company! They send fake shipping info that will only ever say that it's being prepared to be shipped. You will never see the items you purchased!

I bought a Jake Fromm Jersey from this site November 1st 2019 I paid $40 and never received the jersey. Do not trust this company. I emailed them all they said was it was mailed.

If I could give it a negative number I would!
This has been the worst experience and no answers or even responses are being given. My order was ordered 3 weeks ago and there is still no tracking information on it.
I will be reporting them for fraud.

If I could give it a zero , I would. I ordered a Youth NBA jersey at the first of December. I never received it. I have emailed 3 times and no luck. Don’t buy on this site. Scam.
