Complex Business Sale
It is very rare that I take the time to leave a review and only do so when my experience is an exceptionally good one or an exceptionally poor one! In this case, most definitely the former. I recently engaged Aquabridge’s services to handle the sale of two of my businesses. One of the companies was a large e-commerce business. The Business Sale Agreement required a great deal of negotiation which was handled with great care and attention to detail. Along with this, various other agreements were needed, such as a licence agreement, a consultancy agreement etc. I really did not appreciate quite how time consuming and stressful selling the businesses would be. Simon Letts and his team were fantastic throughout the entire process. Their knowledge and experience proved invaluable. Aquabridge Law go way above and beyond what you may expect from most others, with emails and phone calls outside of normal office hours when needed, simply fantastic in this respect, especially so at the most stressful times. In addition to the quality of their service, the fees charges were substantially under what I was expecting, incredibly reasonable. To sum up, if you are in need of a commercial solicitor, don’t look elsewhere, you have found one of the best out there if you have just read this.
