Nie wieder. Auch ich wurde nicht bezahlt!!!
Ich kann mich den negativen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Ich habe vor zwei Jahren mehrere Aufträge mit guter Bewertung durchgeführt. Mit fadenscheinigen Ausreden wurde die Bezahlung zunächst verzögert, dann gab es angeblich Probleme mit meinen Kontodaten ( war gelogen ), dann kam Corona und war Schuld, jetzt werden meine Anfragen ignoriert. Ich habe bzw werde die Firmen, bei denen ich war, auf das unseriöse Verhalten ihres Geschäftspartners hin weisen. Evtl. bewirkt das ja zumindest für andere etwas.

I did the shop, exactly as specified. They didn't pay. I emailed numerous times. They promise to answer, then don't. Do not ever take shops from them.

Stay away from this company!

I have done a job for them and they said they will pay by June but still did not get the money.

Auch ich warte seit 16 Monaten auf mein Geld, man wird erst vertröstet. Es tut ihnen leid , es kommt . Dann wird auf Mails gar nicht mehr geantwortet. Traurig so etwas .

Please avoid doing Mystery visits for this company, I did 5 visits in Jan/Feb and June, still not paid. I am still chasing them for the payment and they have the audacity to send me new visits. Looking for a govn agency to complaint.

I have done a MS in November last year, I have not received any payment till now, keep chasing almost a year, do not recommend this MS company to anyone neither company nor shopper

Completed mystery shopping in January 2020 and didn't get paid till now (Sept 2020). Using covid as an excuse to delay and stopped communicating altogether. This business needs to shut down and it's director should be punished for scamming people!

Habe im November 2019 eine Leistung erbracht, danach kamen die Ausreden es habe Unstimmigkeiten gegeben mit der Auszahlung es tut ihnen leid man werde die ausrollung wiederholen in ca 3 Monaten nun dann kam die Ausrede mit COVID 19 man könne nicht zahlen What ----> Pleite oder wie?1? Nun versuchte ich es nochmals mit Androhung einer Gerichtlichen Sanktion bin schon gespannt welche Ausrede nun folgt... die Gerichtliche Vollstreckung über meinen fälligen Betrag werde ich nach einer Frist von 14 Tagen auch vollstrecken! Solche Firmen dürfen einfach nicht damit durchkommen!!!!!!!!

Bis Mitte letzten Jahres lief alles super, wurde für meine Testaufträge ordentlich bezahlt. Nun warte ich seit Dezember auf mein Honorar, wurde erst vertröstet und nun ignoriert. Weiß nicht, ob sich das Einschalten eines Anwalts lohnt, da es ja keine deutsche Firma ist.

Auch ich kann hier nur alle Einträge bestätigen.
Ausbleibende Zahlung seit über ein halbes Jahr. Dieses Unternehmen arbeitet mit Geld und erzählt mir dass sie keins haben wegen Corona... Das ist doch Nicht wahr. Wenn ich einen Auftrag durchführen für das, dass Unternehmen Geld bekommt erwarte ich auch dass meine Leistung dafür bezahlt wird. Ich finde es eine Frechheit dass sichjetzt auf Corona geschützt wird. Jedes Unternehmen hat schwierige Zeiten und trotzdem muss alles weiter bezahlt werden. Es kann ja wohl nicht sein dass man jedes Mal eine E-Mail schreibt und drei Tage später immer vertröstet wird ich soll doch Verständnis haben und bitte warten. Das ist das allerletzte nimm bloß keine Aufträge an. Ich kann hier jeden abraten. Anfänglich gab es zwar längere Wartezeiten aber mein Geld kam. Auch wenn dafür schon vier Monate zu lange waren.

As the others, I have not received the payment of the visit made in January 2020. After some answers that it would have happened the following month, now my contact doesn't answer my emails anymore and no feedback neither from the general email address. Not sure how smart is ruin the image of a company founded 20 years ago in this way...
Update: at the beginning of August, finally someone answered me and I received my payment.

zero stars. i have oct 2019 to mar 2020 jobs payments not yet processed. I only keep receiving Auto Acknowledgement email replies to say due to COVID-19, all will be delayed. What rubbish when other mystery shopping companies can pay by May 2020 already which they are Malaysia based physical location as well.

And the best thing is, their clients are big names like Samsung, Hugo Boss, Audi, Johnson & Johnson. I dont believe big names will dare to delay any of payments to AQ as they have to close books monthly or quarterly and report to their appointed auditors.

So now it is simple, money sits at AQ and they dont really care.

Vorsicht! Ein Testinstitut, dass nicht bezahlt. Ich warte seit mehr als 7 Monaten auf mein Geld, werde immer wieder vertröstet. Jetzt werde ich meinen Rechtsanwalt einschalten.

AQ deserves "zero" stars. They are saying they are not paying due to Covid. How is it that every other company is paying through the Covid Pandemic? After reading through the posts I see that I am not alone and I am sure other people are owed much more than I am. I have emailed them several times and I do get answers eventually, but all it says is that due to Covid they are behind on payments. At this point I am pretty sure I will never see the money nor will I ever work for them again. If anyone was successful in getting paid, how did you do it? I have been patient and pleasant up until now. Thanks for your input.

Never paid me any salary since November/September 2019. They keep saying that I will get paid in the end of the month everytime.

Amazing opportunities. I especially like the flexibility that I can also do mystery visits when I'm travelling. Easy surveys, correct communication.

Vorsicht - Abzocke. Geschäftsgebahren grenzt an Betrug! Weigern sich für eine vor 6 Monaten nachweislich erbrachte mystery shopping Leistung das Geld auszuzahlen. Seit Wochen nur Ausreden. Da ich Rechtschutz versichert bin, übergebe ich den Fall nun einem Anwalt, da ich mich nicht für dumm verkaufen lasse. NULL STERNE!
