Popped in for a coffee in Subway at Applegreen Bridgend. Really nice staff, good coffee at a good price. Skye was lovely.

Apple green petrol station in Chatteris has just charged me 44 pounds for a 50g pouch of amber leaf it retails at 38 pounds in the U.K. absolutely disgusting

I use my local Applegreen petrol station to collect my parcels. Easy to park and generally pretty quick. Good customer service.

Terrible car wash at Biunds Green apple green stores got the £8.99 top wash for £6.99 as had over £20 petrol what a scam this is. You get a wash and dry no pre-wash no under car wash nothing listed on the top wash do you get! Complained to the gentleman in there who came out and pretended to punch in some number into the box and I said to him the screen is still the same nothing has changed he said no it’s ok now - so in I go again and same thing all done in 4 mins for a top wash!!! Complained again he said he watched and it was correct this time.
Told him you are misleading customers he didn’t care no apology no refund
Wash your car else where people!!

Scammers and bad car wash
Discount hack, putt higher price then normal auto car wash but shows you discount if you fill patrol, after discount you will get normal standard price what ever place you pay, then why to say discount, and car wah terrible its not standard automatic system one tiny place every thing done in 1 minuts😀, for laugh one mistake or hammer was ok

Today we were in apple green burger king.we had big order for inside.order was packed for take away not for eat inside.couldn't understand which was which because all looked the same.juice was missing fork was not included for the food too.very dissapointed with the service.

Avoid Manchester Road, Warrington the place is a health and safety nightmare. Pump leaked everywhere tonight and the staff couldn't care less. It's a terrible hazard

Can I give zero stars. App didn't work. Rang them twice to resolve. Was promised a call back. 14hrs later still waiting.

Shops close at 23.00 and only reopen at 7.00
They should be open 24/7
Tiredness kills but there is nowhere to stop for coffee and use toilets all night

Im livid. I was at Gretna green services on 25/08/23 trying to charge my car. Lots of the chatgers were not working. Eventually a guy named Conor got it working. I noticed on my bank account 6x£30 payments to Applegreen. All day been trying get someone on the even leaving messages on the guy Conors phone. Not a single response i feel totally duped, scammed and highly shamed that i have to go through this to get my much needed money back. Im a vulnerable disabled driver with mental health issues. This is no way to treat people.

Applegreen Mold has a fault on one of their pumps whereby the auto shut off fails to function.

Raised this with their area manager and despite the mess on the floor showing it has happened before and footage of it happening - they claim there is no fault.

Trying to escalate to head office but they don’t answer their phone.

All shelves were full. Is always kept clean. Staff and management very pleasant and polite. Fore court always tidy. A true joy to use

Avoid applegreen Crankill rd in ballymena, the diesel is one of the worst I’ve put into my vehicle plus it’s one of the more expensive ones .
The staff need some serious training in customer service , it’s actually appalling and a disgrace how they talk to there so called customers, this has to be one of the worst garages I’ve ever visited and will definitely be the last time and going by the other reviews this seems to be a pattern from applegreen stores . Think head office should pay this store a visit and see for themselves , not a good face for the brand , very very disappointed.

Lovely,polite gentleman at Applegreen. In Ilkeston.. so helpful and his customer service is outstanding, he is an absolute credit to your company.

Avoid Chatteris and any really

Cheap fuel cheap service! Absolutely disgusting garage. I paid for fuel and left the garage as usual. 3 month later I receive the letter from solicitor I drive off and didn’t pay for fuel. I then call station to find out their card machine failed so they had to fail report as drive off! Absolutely joke of the company.

Site manager Amanda she has no clue about her work and it’s extremely incompetent.

Very disappointed because at night time we can't used toilet with my liitle boy, we travel to airport and stop to used toilet but...

Used their diesel for a while in a 1.6 vauxhall astra, couldn't keep engine management Off(leading to limp mode). Changed to different supplier and haven't had the light coming on for months. Others report similar issues, ie, Ford, Renault.
