Third time I've tried to renew a product, third time it's happened. There's a complicated formula to enter your passcode. Their emails on how to do it confuse you even more. A week of my sending emails they never understood: they kept sending me the same thing over and over. When I screamed CANCEL, REFUND for the 10th time they suddenly realized they were sending me codes for the wrong product. Good software, but unless you've got plenty of time and patience, don't even try.

J'ai passé commande il y a 3 jours maintenant pour le compte de ma société d'une licence ApowerRecover pour 99€ via PayPal.
Je n'ai jamais reçu la licence promise.
Personne ne répond à l'adresse mail commercial bizAROBASapowersoft.com, personne ne répond au téléphone (un numéro de portable apparemment).
C'est déplorable.

I trialed ApowerREC, loved it, and purchased it. I love the video recording and the screen capture abilities. However, the reason I am giving them a poor review, is a few months after I purchased the software, an update they put out altered the way screen capture worked. Before I could use a hot key and create a screen shot. After the update I have to be in recording mode in order to take a screen shot. For the many screen shots that I do, an awful lot of useless videos would build up. I had to downgrade to an older version as a result. They now recommend Screen Capture Pro which would be a 2nd purchase and a little more expensive. I will not purchase anymore software from them.

Völlig unbrauchbar. Nur Geldschneiderei !

I paid a monthly subscription to screen capturing video software. The product itself was great. I had the ability to adjust where and how large a portion of a screen I wanted to record.
However, their website is not user-friendly. Nowhere on the personal account page is there an option to cancel a subscription, so I had to email them, announcing my desire to unsubscribe.
I was told the finance team would contact me shortly, but they never did, and weeks later I was charged again the monthly amount.
After another email, my subscription was canceled, but without refund or apology.
I recommend taking your business elsewhere. But if you purchase from this business, it is better to purchase something full price instead of a periodic subscription, and hope that you won't run into issues requiring customer service.

Comme beaucoup de personnes malgré mon abonnement à vie, suite à une mise à jour, je me suis retrouvé avec une version VIP d'essai pour laquelle on me demandait de payer une nouvelle licence. Après un seul mail au service client j'ai reçu aussitôt une réponse me permettant de rétablir les choses sans paiement d'une nouvelle licence. Ce logiciel m'est très utile au quotidien, je le recommande donc.

Ayant la licence, une mise a jour m'a été proposé, j'ai malheureusement accepté, et je me retrouve avec une version d'éssais inutilisable. Un mail expliquant le problème a Apowersoft n'a provoqué aucune réponse pour réparer le problème ! Logiciel a fuir.
Finalement j'ai pu réinstaller l'ancienne version, puis je l'ai désinstallée et j'utilise Audacity pour les enregistrements audio, qui fonctionne mieux.

Impossible de récupérer mes données après une analyse de plusieurs heures. Pour récupérer, je dois acheter une licence et j'ai déjà acheté. Les échanges de correspondance ne donnent rien. Le support me répète les mêmes consignes inefficaces.

Metto una stella perché non è possibile metterne 0. Ho registrato per due ore la lezione di università ed avevo impostato perfettamente le impostazioni video e audio. Dopo due ore di registrazione, vado per aprire il video e me lo ha registrato senz'audio. Risultato: lezione persa e annessa incazzatura.

I purchased Apowersoft for work purposes, and was forced to ask for a refund so that I could purchase the software personally.
I have been trying to get the refund resolved for since the end of May 2020, it is now the end of October 2020 and still no refund, even though I have called, and received an email, stating that a refund transaction would occur.
No refund.
How much longer do I have to wait and communicate with these people? How many promises will they make before I get that refund?
I can only think of a few companies with such poor customer service.

Bought the pro version for making videos.
Imprecise (at least 3 seconds of lagging),
Crashing every 10 minutes,
Very slow export,
and all kind of annoying bugs.
Can someone work with this ?

1 star because i could make a 5 minutes video without being mad.

*My computer is strong enough to run anything in 2020.

DON'T BUY! I use the APowerManager product where you have the ability to share your iPhone screen which i use for work to Demo software. Every time Apple has an iOS update you lose the ability to mirror your screen. I get "Failed to Initiate reflector". I have submitted tickets and the support is a JOKE! I can't believe for a software company they can't get this figured out quickly enough. Save your money and search for another tool with better customer service and support!

Estuve usando por espacio de un año la versión Unlimited, inicialmente la compré para manejo de audio, pero finalmente terminé usando varios de sus componentes. Considero que en las condiciones actuales ha cobrado mucha relevancia la comunicación virtual y sus funcionalidades para grabación de vídeo y audio son muy útiles y fáciles de usar. Buena Aplicación.

I paid for and downloaded the suite of Apowersoft software and almost immediately it stopped working. Customer service is useless and then they stopped responding to my emails altogether.

I bought Video Download Capture at the end of May '20. Two weeks later it stopped working. The problem was acknowledged on their site. They weren't able to fix it, they chose not to refund anyone their money and they don't respond to emails. My suggestion would be to use almost any other video capture software and avoid China based crap..
