Scam ?? I paid for an apostile service sent the documents BUT the apostille number come as fake on uk.gov website so not re cognised as true certificate....

So i can not use it... poor poor service or a big scam.

Best company ever - fast and efficient!
First I called several other services in Cambs only to find out that local notaries are popping in once a week or so, otherwise working in London, and if I tried to expedite it to be complete in 2-3 weeks, they would charge extra for some "agents", yet providing no guarantee that I will receive it back by my deadline.
So, I found this company in Coventry, and called having no hope. Ended up best experience ever! On Monday morning I posted 2 diplomas for the apostille, special delivery, on Friday it was back to my doorstep, all complete! And I paid 2-3 times less then what my local notaries were trying to charge. 5 working days, those including delivery - brilliant service! I am totally grateful and will certainly use again if needed, and will advise to all my friends.

Poor service and a scam. They report a fake rejection of the document. I checked with the superintendent registrar and their claim was completely faked. In order to try to make you order a duplicate certificate from them. I asked for the evidence of the rejection from.the FCDO but they couldn't provide it. A total scam and I can pursuing for a total refund for this.

SCAM!!!! they took the payment for the apostille twice, I contacted them immediatelly and they promised to refund it (469 EUR). Waiting already 4 months, I keep writing them on email, whats app, everywhere and nobody is talking to me. They always ignore it or tell me that they will get back to me soon, but nothing is happening. Extremely poor customer service. Once I ordered express service for extra charge 149 EUR and it took them 3 weeks before they even shipped it, when the apostille was actually done in two working days. It was extremely urgent to get the document done on time and I kept writing them very often to know the update, and they always just told me that they will tell notary to ship it "as soon as possible". Very annoying agency! Owing me money, they don't do what you paid for and they don't communicate. Some documents that I paid for I never received - instead of it, they sent me one document twice by mistake. Again, they don't care. I would never risk to work with them again. This case has been directed to the institutions to solve it, because this is nothing but fraud.

Very competitive price and great service
I sent my marriage certificates on a Monday using Royal Mail Special Delivery. They were returned on the Friday via the courier with the Apostille stamp. Very pleased with the service.

I had my Degree, Marriage and Birth certificates attested by the UAE embassy via apostille.org.uk and I can't fault the service. Degree took around 10 working days to be sent back to me and other certificates took about 7, so very happy with this

This company has outstanding customer service , efficiency , helpful and super quick processing times . I have had 3 documents legalised and apostille this month and the support I was given has been above and beyond my expectation .

Incredible service. I was so nervous about sending my marriage documents, I needed them back so quickly. My documents were received on Monday and I had an email on Wednesday to say they had been shipped. Received on Thursday. I verified all the apostilles on the government website. Would recommend 100%.

I got my documents ready in a fast and simple way. It took one week from shipping to receiving an apostille. They used DHL for returning the document. The price is reasonable (I paid £106 in total for one document including shipping and scanning). If I had handled the task by myself I would have paid £250 for the local solicitor + £30 for the apostille. This company offers a very good service in comparison. It just felt a bit expensive to pay £12 for scanning a document. Still, the price was clearly indicated in advance and I accepted to pay for it for my piece of mind. No complaints whatsoever then!

I have a pretty good understanding of how apostillation works, and have made submissions myself both via the standard FCDO mail process (which is extremely slow these days), and in person using their fast track service (which is not longer available, even to most companies). It took five days from their receiving my documents, to them being back in my hands. The trick is this firm can still present documents in person to FCDO, albeit not on a same day turnaround, but still jumping the queue of those who apply by post. So I'm happy with how this went and I would use them again. I am somewhat uncomfortable with their using Evri for the document return service, given their atrocious reputation, which I hadn't realised when paying, but am otherwise satisfied.

The experience was very nice. The staff are friendly, and documents were legalised within two working days. The price was reasonable.

Wonderful experiance one phone call sent my documents on Friday all done and back the next Thurday morning.

What a disaster !!!!!!! I had the misfortune of my documents attestation process being outsourced to this company they held my documents for a week before starting the attestation process, lied on the date the documents where submitted to the Embassy (they said the 9/5 when in fact it was the 18/5. Zak didn't respond to WhatsApp or emails messages despite requesting for communication via WhatsApp. And after the massive delay couldn't do a simple thing like send me scanned copies of the final docs.

Called and spoke to someone to understand the process of getting my document apostille. She was so lovely in answering all my questions and confirmed that everything will be quick and easy instead of the long wait to send the document myself.

Sent on Tuesday, called on Thursday for an update and they confirmed that the document had been processed and was ready to come back to me. I received my document the Friday!

I checked the verification of the document on the gov website and everything was legitimate. My experience with the Apostille service has been amazing!

I was a bit worried because of the mixed reviews here but the service worked great for me. The documents came back very quickly; I delivered them monday afternoon and got them back midday Thursday. It's a definite relief to have received them so quickly.

Translated wrong middle name on birth certificate - wasn't the easiest to read but if any doubt should have checked - had a 2 month delay getting French work credentials (already a bloody long process) confirmed because of it.

Rather than accepting any fault and the massive headache caused by it they tried to pick apart the difference of letters which caused the confusion and said they "didn't want to ask the translator give up their fee" - for what probably amounted to 15 minutes work max (was a short hand certificate).

They offered me £15 back from the £114 paid and I declined as it didn't match up to the level of inconvenience caused.
