I had a disappointing experience with this company. I requested a translation that their website claimed would be completed within 48 hours, but I received no updates until I had to follow up multiple times over five days. The communication was poor.
When I finally received the translation, they did not ask for any feedback or check if I was satisfied with the result. Upon reviewing it, I noticed mistakes and found that the writing quality did not meet professional standards. Also, the translation had been outsourced to an online platform (Translayte), which charges £25 for the same service, while this company charged me £48.
When I raised my concerns, I was completely ignored. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality translation services.

Made it super easy to get my deed poll, storing backups, and offering reasonably priced services to that end. I'd use them again if I need to, sadly dropped the service only because I am now legal with government paperwork now and no longer in need of the deed poll service, but 5*****

I had a disappointing experience with Apostille and Legalisation Services. I had sent a copy of the death certificate and asked for it to be returned by emailing the company 30 minutes after I made the payment to them. I contacted the company to stop the process by phone as well but they did not take the necessary action. When I contacted the Legalisation Office ( government body) that installs the apostles, they informed me that the company has direct access to them and can communicate at any time, but no one has requested a suspension of the procedure.

In addition, the apostle was not sent in the time frame and arrived after two weeks, not five days. On top of that the document with apostille came inside a poor quality envelop, almost destroyed.

It became clear that their main focus was money. My association with Zack Walker was particularly unpleasant; he was unhelpful and extremely rude, refusing to engage in any conversation when I sought assistance.

Overall, my experience was marred by poor communication and services, lies, unhelpful and extremely arrogant, and a focus on profit over customer care.

I was so impressed with this company. From initial contact Rhianna Cain got back to all of my emails extremely quickly answering all of my awkward questions. After sending the documents Zach rang me straight away to say they had been received and they were starting work on them. Within a week they had all 5 of my documents legalised and translated. Excellent customer service. Thank you Rhanna and Zach for making such a daunting process so much easier!

Apostille Services were really great. Very important for me was they published their prices.
They use WhatsApp I was abroad so very useful.
Rhianna Cain got back to me very promptly each time (even with a 6 hr time difference)

I needed important documents attested and notarised
The team did this in the time frame they mentioned online; within 5 days.
I’ve only used once and to be honest didn’t read the reviews and I’m happy I didn’t because they made this process very easy and had I read reviews beforehand I probably wouldn’t go ahead.
I have a few more documents to attest and will do so without hesitation

I had 2 deed polls for my kids done by this company 1 arrived the other didn't. The lack of effort to help find my document or to resolve my issue it was clear to see they didn't care once the payment has been made

Incorrectly formatted, only one witness when it needs two, wont be accepted anywhere. Dont waste your money! Emailed to get refund but wont hold my breath!

Extremely disappointed by Aposttile Services' lack of efficiency and poor customer service.

As I was facing a deadline to complete my documentation for a Spanish visa, I opted for their fast-track, 1-day service and promptly sent the Apostille Application form along with my document to be legalised (having paid £15 for Special 1st Class Delivery to ensure the document arrived on Friday 15th July). On Wednesday 20th July, I arranged the payment of £165. As I had not received an update from the company; I made numerous calls and sent numerous emails to find out the progress of the document. This was extremely challenging and stressful to do whilst working full time. I did not expect to be nagging and chasing when I had paid £165 for the fast-track service and £15 for postage. I eventually found out there was an issue with the document. Instead of the company taking a proactive approach I had to take matters into my own hands and resolve this issue. After 10 days, the document was finally legalised. I, therefore, missed the submission date for my visa request.

As mentioned, I am extremely disappointed by this company's services. Your website guarantees that the document will be completed within 1-3 working days depending on service level and that there will be updates throughout the service. I have emailed to complain about this and (unsurprisingly) have not received a response. I don't recommend this company at all.

It’s been almost two weeks and Documents haven’t arrived; I paid extra for 1/2 day delivery! No response to emails no answer from phone number on web and emails (which is a London landline and goes to an Ee voicemail?). I fear that this is a fake company and I’ve been conned.

I needed a change of name and I needed a company with great service. I looked online & decided to try this company. I was not disappointed, the service was excellent and I managed to get my deed-polls the next day by Special delivery.
Communication was very good and I could get a response to my emails in mins.
I definitely recommend this company even if it has few reviews, it is really good and u won't be disappointed, I wasn't.
I will look no where else in future should I need other services they offer
